Litup Wireless Portable Light Box A3 Size Rechargeable LED Light Pad USB/Battery Powered Used in Animation, Drawing, Sketching, Tattoo Transferring- LPB3

I order this item and it arrived very quickly. The shipping box was smashed open and the product box inside appeared to have been opened too. It looks nice and it lit up nicely when I got it. I ran the battery down completely last night and am recharging it now to make sure it gets a full charge in it. I wonder though how does one tell when the battery is fully charged? Can't get any information out of the company website as it is in a foreign language. I sent an e-mail to the company; let's see if they respond. There was also no invoice with the package.

Battery won’t charge- main reason I chose this one. Can’t give a great review because of that. It’s also pretty heavy and thick. Would prefer sometime a little lighter. Until you hold it, the description of its weight and thickness doesn’t really help.

I'm very disappointed that the battery only lasts for about an hour if I'm lucky. The recharging cord won't stay plugged into the light pad so charging is hit or miss. I have to use it plugged in for extended periods of time and the light flickers or goes off because of the cord. Unfortunately I purchased a second one for a Christmas gift before these issues started and now my daughter is having the same problem with the one I purchased for her.

Does everything it says. Believe me. No instructions are included you kinda have to play with it to use it. I did not know how to turn it off properly for three days. I figured it out eventually. The product is awesome.

having problems with this light box - to fit my needs, it has to be close to item. I can prop it up but find that I keep putting pressure on 'on/off' button. It seems to dim very easy also - with very little pressure. Seems that the bottom line are that the controls of this light box are positioned right on the top where the actual lit screen is - this easily interferes with the lighting. So, I am trying to figure a way to control this better but so far, not too much luckUPDATE: I have not used the Litup since I wrote my 1st review of it. I decided to read all the reviews because it just wasn't making sense to me why the lightbox would turn off with very little pressure. I then read that others were having problems keeping their units on. This has led me to believe that the product's design may be faulty or the on/off power button is way too sensitive, shutting it off with the weight of 1 regular piece of paper. Liteup or the seller did agree to refund 1/2 the price, at my request. However, they have failed to follow through.

Having a similar problem to what others reported: mini USB port is too big, connection is not good. Box was pretty banged up when I got it as well.

The order was placed and with in a few business days it was here... package was not damaged and/or even scuffed... As soon I opened it and started charging it, I barely touch the on button and it literally popped on the brightest setting... the room lit up and i was very amazed on how bright and large the work surface was... this will definitely help me with tracing...

The stand and box are a great help for me. I have bad eyesight and I use this with most of my fabric designs

I love this light pad - I bought it to use to trace pieces for applique. I chose this particular one because of it's size (because not all pieces are letter size) and ability to change the light brightness. Portability is not an issue for me because I just use it at home, but if that is an issue, you would have to find/make a bag to transport it because it is fragile.

I did not know what to expect but I love it.I use this for grid under my sketches instead of drawing reference line on the sketch.it’s not super bright so if the page does not cover whole screen it does not bother your eyes.

right from the start it was always hard to charge due to loose plug in. Barely used it and its already not lighting up
