Tastes great - have noticed difference in my nails.
I am in my early 50's and my doctor recommended collagen for my thinning skin and biotin for my hair and nails. Would order again. The little gummies are about the size of a quarter in the shape of a heart. There’s a citrus flavor that’s distinctly orange. There’s no sugar coating on them which is a pleasant surprise. To me, they are worth the money. They’re easy to chew and not difficult, there’s no residue left behind in your mouth.
