A little too small to be effective
I have been using these types of devices for about fifteen years and have tried may different makes over that time. I snore very badly and I can't sleep without a device in these days. This one is of the "mouldable" type and, while very comfortable, once moulded, it doesn't do enough to hold the lower jaw forward. The other type, the non-mouldable, which are available in the UK and much bigger, are the type I have been using for a few years, but they're expensive. I thought I'd try a cheaper version. When I lay on my back, my mouth open ins sleep and the teeth override the restraining walls of the moulded device. This doesn't happen with the bigger UK guards. If the manufacturers of this device would consider making one with higher walls, that prevent or reduce teeth overriding the walls, then it would be very successful.I do wonder of this suits a market where people are a little smaller and have smaller jawlines.I haven't asked for a refund because it wasn't expensive.

Worth a try
I didn’t know what to expect , I thought it felt a bit flimsy at first but realised that the lighter it was would probably mean that it was more comfortable to wear . I suffer with a blocked nose overnight which causes me to wake up frequently . I wanted to try them to see if this eased my problem . I can’t say it was uncomfortable but just not comfortable , I tolerated it but inevitably found that during the night it either fell out or I took it off in a semi sleep .... then disaster - I hoovered it up whilst cleaning .... luckily there were 3 in the pack so I will try again . I’ve suffered with a reoccurring cold for a few weeks so I will try again once that has gone .

Tastes of plastic a bit.
Moulded fine, a bit thinner than the Somnoguard 3 I bought and tastes of plastic or something but about 20 times cheaper than the proper ones. I didn't want to keep it in long term cos who knows what plastic is in it right? But great for practicing how to mould your proper mouthguard.

Got to try to see if you like them.
After using for a few nights asked the wife if I snored she said no so they worked OK. Did not find it comfortable at first but you get used to it. I have found that they do come off when you sleep on your side sometimes not all the time though. Breathing seems to be a little better sleeping. Very quick delivery. Up to the person to deside to buy them, there not expensive give it a try to find out.

DAMN UNCOMFORTABLE and large hole at front!
Not sure what this thing is even designed to do? If it is to prevent mouth breathing at night the large hole in the front (you insert the blue handle into to immerse) is an issue and just small enough to hiss and whistle in a manner designed to defeat sleep. So from that point of view it prevents snoring. The instructions are detail light too, it says bite down on the mouthpiece. I brought my front teeth together, which brings the chin forward slightly (which is supposed to help with snoring. However the resting mouth sit the teeth together with the lower front set tucked behind the top front and mid and rear teeth resting on each other top to bottom. So the cooled set mouthpiece pushed my lower jaw forward and made my teeth ache further preventing sleep.I have yet to try any anti-snoring aid that does anything (apart from make my teeth ache). -.-

These may work for some, but they're not for me.
After trying the snoring strips with varying degrees of success I decided to try out the mouthpiece. Setup was easy: leave it in warm water for a short period, bite down hard and then cool down in cold water to set the shape of your teeth. It felt large in the mouth when I put it in and was aware that this felt unnatural, but I decided to persevere. I tried it for four nights but I had to stop. I simply couldn't get used to the mouthpiece. I would wake up every couple of hours with an exceptionally dry mouth and had to remove the piece, take a drink of water and then re-insert the bit between my teeth. After four nights of this I decided that it wasn't for me.I honestly can't say how it affected my snoring as my unsettled sleep pattern seemed to affect my wife as much as my snoring as she even asked me to stop using it.

A product that works
As a lifelong heavy snorer I recently looked for a product to help with this as my long suffering partner had taken to sleeping in the spare room as she could no longer stand it. Having done some online research i chose this product. Why?Because it was one of the cheapest out there. On receiving the product i was very dubious, how could something so small and inoffensive deal with my snoring? To my, and my partner's amazement the product worked from day one. Not only do i now wake up clearer headed and more rested from a decent night sleep it actually cut my snoring out completely. Simple to use, barely noticeable when used it does what it says it will. I realise this product may not work for everyone but if you're looking for something to help with snoring give this a try. For the cheap price it's worth it.
