Great protection is worth the price
When it comes to protective gear I am always willing to pay a price premium for quality and safety because health is precious and I would like to keep mine. This particulate dust mask is a must-have whenever you are doing something that creates particulate such as sanding, grinding, sweeping of factory floors, etc. Some particulate is more dangerous than others based on their toxicity, shape, weight, but I use this type of mask for any kind of job because breathing in any particulate is not pleasant and having to cough later is just not worth it.The fit of this mask is perfect, I ordered M/L and the seal around the nose is excellent, as that is my usual pet peeve when it comes to the masks. I hate when I breathe out the warm moist air comes rushing past my eyes, it is not that big of a deal, but if I am also wearing protective glasses then it is very annoying as the glasses fog up immediately, with these masks I didn't have that problem. The CoolMAX exhalation valve does do its job pretty well and the air inside of the mask is not as moist, which is very nice. Also when it comes to the masks, air resistance can be a problem, since the thicker filter material creates more resistance to the air passing through it, this one alleviates that problem to some extent, it is still a mask and it will still create some noticeable resistance.Overall, I like this mask a lot, it is more expensive per unit than some others but when it comes to protection I always believe that it is worth paying a bit more for better performing protection that has passed rigorous testing and certification to meet the standards.

FFP2 protection category
I'm writing this review on 2nd March 2020 and right now Corona Virus hasn't destroyed the whole world. What's happened right now is that protective face masks have become like gold dust - a world shortage. And this made me pop into the garage where I stored away this box of face masks to use for woodturning jobs when I couldn't be bothered to get out my battery powered Trend Airshield Pro, and for tasks like cleaning out the loft where I don't want to breathe in all the filthy dust. What you get is a white box with a picture of the product on the front and all the basic technical details like FFP2 etc. The box has a perforated panel on the front so you'll know whether it's been opened, but you can secretly slice through the sticky label that covers the end flap of the box, at which point you can get in there without damaging the boxInside are ten sealed plastic bags that have six pictures explaining how to use the mask and telling you it's made in Sweden. And you can clearly see the mask inside the bag, with its Drajer logo on the plastic filter that you'll be breathing out through, and on either side an orange 2 imprint that tells you it's an FFP2 mask. You also get a huge multi-language sheet of instructions, and for people hoping to protect themselves from corona virus the bad news is that you need FFP3 not FFP2 protection.Wearing these masks is quite tiring for me. Maybe I've got weak breathing, but after only a minute I felt like I was really having to work to keep my breathing going - and this is entirely the opposite of my Trend and JSP battery powered masks which pump clean air over your face. Of course it's worth it to keep deadly particulates out of your lungs, but it sure saps the joy out of wearing them.Added to which, I wear glasses and it's hard to create a suitable seal over the bridge of my nose so misting keeps wafting over my glasses. In summary, this is a box of ten FFP2 masks which do a good job of filtering out stuff you don't want to breathe. But they're not comfortable to wear - definitely more of a necessity. They are quite reasonably priced compared to the battery powered masks I wear when wood turning and they're cheaper than 3M equivalents, but of course they need to be in stock for you to benefit from this attractive pricing.

excellent
Very comfortable! Which was surprising because i'm never keen on using these things as i can't stand my face (especially nose and mouth) being covered, spose you could call me a typical female (lol) or claustrophobic lol but these masks don't make me feel too bad whilst still doing the job of keeping out a lot of dust so very happy with them.Would recommend. Arrived well packaged and on time

Perfect for the job. Top brand and it shows.
This is absolutely the standard you would expect from Drager. The comfort of these makes the difference. They are really comfortable to wear and sit securely on your face. The nose clip is maluble. They form a good seal around my face and I have quite a slim face.In use they work well. The valve is super effective and also disperses your breath well.I like how slimline they are packed down.

Kept dust particles out my nose
Delighted that these work really well when I am sanding furniture as usually with past masks I have worn I still end up with a certain amount of dust around and in my nose. I blew my nose after use and was so pleased to see that there was no sawdust up my nose at all so they are very effective. I would have to say comfort wise they were quite tight on my face and left creases on my cheeks that did not go away for the rest of the afternoon, but I would say that this was worth it to keep me from inhaling the dust.

Excellent quality
Very good quality face masks, fits my mans face nicely, all ready for work with trimming wood pieces. Mask covers mouth and nose without any gaps. It's well designed, soft mask with elastic bands. Mask is very comfortable and doesn't disturb while working. Mask have special flexible strap which goes over nose and sits on it really well.Masks are disposable so basically for one time use (up to 8 hours of wear). Masks like that ones have multiple uses- from DIY jobs to city street wear (high pollution). Quality costs unfortunately but our lifes are priceless.

Runs a Size too Big on Most Faces
The Dräger X-plore 1920 V regular size M is an excellent N95 respirator, but it runs a size too big. I pass a fit test in the 3M Aura N95s, but I just fail a fit test in the Dräger X-plore 1920 V regular size M version because it is too big for me (although my 3M elastomeric size is L). I do much better on fit testing in the Dräger X-plore 1920 V in size S, which fits most people more like a regular size M should. Dräger should rename the size M to a size L, and the S should be rebranded as the regular size. Most people who have undergone fit tests in both the S and M sizes find this to be the case. Many people find they get a much higher fit test score in the size S Dräger X-plore 1920 than they do in the 3M Aura. The size S Dräger X-plore 1920 can be difficult to find in AU and is not sold on the Amazon AU Dräger store. I wish they would offer the S size here, as the vast majority of people are better off getting the S size.
