A good phone trying to get out!
Very disappointed with this phone,or rather the fact that I couldn't get it to connect to the internet - despite hours on the phone to Sky, my provider, during which they/we tried various settings of the APN, we were just not successful in getting access to the internet - 4G was indicated, but not a connection to the internet. WiFi worked as expected. As soon as I tried the SIM in my original phone, all was well, so the fault must have been in the phone, and not the SIM. Regrettably had to return although all the other functions worked perfectly.

Looks pretty good, sounds great on paper... Just doesn't function whatsoever!
This phone was bought as a stand in phone, intended use around 3 months. I had it one day. Sadly it looks great but lacks majorly. I am a tech geek and the specs on this for the price seemed great.. octacore obviously should have shielded from lag and the screen crystal clear.. the screen is this phones best feature I stand by that now but that's it, it's very very laggy, within seconds of turning it on 'google had stopped working' and calls took about 4 attempts to connect. When eventually connected on a call the person on the other end could barely hear me nor me them and the volume as as high as it went. Had to return, yes I know for just over one hundred pounds you can't expect the world but a functioning telephone as bear minimum and it didn't even do that. It's a shame I hate buying big brands as some of these smaller companies produce amazing phones for a fraction of the price. This one however is definitely not worth the punt.

Initially Impressed but had to return it as no 4G
My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was finally giving up the ghost and I didn't want to pay out silly money for a brand name mobile full of apps and stuff I didn't want and couldn't get rid of, and I didn't want to get tied up into a long, expensive contract (my sim is on a rolling month contract only). The change was Android 6 to 9 was slightly awkward but the fact that this phone has a lot less of the built in rubbish was very good. The instruction book was rather lacking but I managed to figure things out (like how to bring up the open apps to shut them down).Battery life seems to be good and it charges fast. The fingerprint reader is excellent, with the position of the reader just right and lightening fast response. All in all, after having it for 2 days, I am very pleased with it and would recommend the Doogee N20 to anyone.Edit: Heartbroken as has to return the phone. Loved it to bits but absolutely no good if you can't get the internet on it with mobile data. Wouldn't connect to 4G and when I checked the settings it was only offering 3G and wouldn't even connect to that!

Dodgy: it's all in the name
So, you set up a company in China, as you do nowadays, making mobile phones. Because, hey, I've got a Quad-Core and I need an octacore. In fact, there are loads of numbers with GB after them that sound bigger than the last one, so it's got to be better, right? Wrong. Thus phone sucks like the suckiest suck-phone fresh from planet sucks. They call the company Doogee for a reason, because, oh my god, does it ever do what it says on the tin. I have seen better current presidents of the US launch less dangerous missile attacks. You want a Trump/Boris phone? This is the one for you. The customised Android OS is riddled with adware, and good luck getting that near field technology to work. So other than harvesting your credit card details and sending them to that well known customer services dept in ArseEnd, Nowheresville, China, staffed by 7 year olds, basically you have just made your first mistake of 2020. Dig out your Nokia rock backup and start charging. You're going to need it.

GREAT MOBILE
The Doogee N20 is a gem. The screen size of over 6inches lends itself to an easy visual experience. The text is large. The sound is loud, and the clarity is superb. The battery life after the initial charge is above average. Lasting well over 24 hours which is better than some bigger branded handsets. I should add this is with regular data usage across social media and the internet as a whole. My only complaint was that I was unable to download all my usual apps. This maybe a unique problem relating to me because I download 30 plus non-essential apps.

No support via the sellers store - this is just their sales catalogue!
I have had this phone for a few months and it is constantly malfunctioning - freezing, no sound, calls can't be heard etc. The company/seller states that they offer after sales support/warranty and if you require this, you should contact them through their Amazon store. This is a joke, you will not see any contact/support details whatsoever, you will however, see all of their current products for sale on Amazon - this store is just their catalogue it does not offer SUPPORT! Raised this issue with Amazon and highlighted the UK "sale of goods act" but after over an hour of being passed over to different customer service representatives they did not offer a resolution and they did not provide the excellent customer service that I and many others endure when making purchases through Amazon.I would advise caution to anyone purchasing a "Doogee" product via Amazon - if it should malfunction within the defined legal lawful timescales (beyond Amazon 30 day return policies) you have zero chance of a satisfactory outcome and resolution.

wont accept any sim card
be very wary when purchasing this phone. . . although it says sim free, i cannot for the life of me connect to the mobile network . . . my network provider is talkmobile, which i have used in umpteen phones, but this one will not let me use the mobile data . . . calls and messages are fine . . . i have put a vodafone sim in to check, and everything works fine on that sim card, even the mobile data . . . i rang my service provider, and after 30 mins of trying this, that, and the other, they told me to take it to a mobile shop and ask them to upload apn settings, as i cannot access them on this phone . . . . i am not impressed, and will be returning the phone . . . do your homework before buying this phone

Best phone for the price
It's a decent phone for the price, hardware is as good as you could expect for £110. Its not excellent in any way but its definitely the best of its class for the price. Battery life and camera are decent although the OS seems very basic but isn't limited in anyway
