It works, but needs to be more durable.
I had this case for about 9 months and it just broke on me today. I was sad because I used this kickstand a lot (during school, while eating, playing a game with a wireless controller, FaceTime, and sometimes photos) and I didn’t want to have a pop socket or some other attachment on the back of my phone. I got a lot of use out of it, but I wish it would’ve lasted longer. They also seem to be the only company that’s selling a kickstand case too, because I would’ve liked a more durable one. I can’t be too mad though, because it’s pretty cheap and lasted a fair while. Some pros of this case is that it doesn’t slip off the AirPod case itself, not once in the 9 months I had it. I was also able to wirelessly charge my AirPods through the case too, which was nice because that’s my primary method of recharging. Some cons of this case, other than its durability, are its vulnerability to scratches. Mine got pretty banged up over time, and I could feel the scratches with my fingernails. It also has a little bit of space between the case and the AirPods itself on some parts of the case, making it a rather bulky case, but that’s pretty standard for other AirPod cases as well. Lastly, this case does not work in portrait mode, at least with my big phone and slick case. Because I used this case so much, I’m probably gonna order another one, but only because it’s the only kickstand case option. I would’ve chosen a more durable option if there was one. (Note that I have an iPhone 8 Plus, a 7 ounce phone, plus a thin case over it, so maybe on smaller/lighter iPhones the case might last longer.)

Simple but functional
My step son got one of these cases when he bought AirPods at the airport. I thought it was genius that it held his phone on the tray table perfectly during the flight. When we got home I bought a case for myself and my husband (it also helps to differentiate whose AirPods are which). For the amount of AirPod cases out there this simple case is not only a good value for the money but also functional.

Conceptually and functionally perfect
This is easily the best mobile accessory I've bought. It doesn't add much bulk to the base AirPods case and saves you from having to carry a separate stand or getting some weird bulky case with a built in kickstand. It really only works in landscape mode but I don't mind at all since I do much more video streaming than anything like FaceTime. Also, I don't trust carabiners on an AirPods case in general since I lost a left AirPod carrying a different case on the outside of my bag once, but this case looks like it would be less likely to open accidentally than a lot of others.Really hoping there will be an AirPods pro version when I finally upgrade

EDC
Great product and doesn’t add to the phone and clips to belt loop or anything. Holds pro max in landscape very well. Been several months and finally the kickstand part broke was under extreme stress. Contacted company and waiting for response. This is by far the best case for what and how I carry my AirPods and nothing has come close to what they offer and price for them. If anything probably buy another one.

Makes my lunchtime Netflix so much better
I picked this case after reviewing the other options. I was attracted to the hard case and the caribeener to attach the case to my jeans. The winning features though were the solid unattached cover for the lid. Other reviewers of the silicone models kept complaining how the case would tear at the joint. This case avoids that weak point by having the lid be a separate piece. The other feature I love is the popout easel stand for watching Netflix on my phone. No more propping my phone on a napkin holder or salt shaker. I wanted to wait to review this until I had used it for a couple months and I'm still super happy with the purchase.

Cool for $10, but breaks easily.
his is a kind of neat product. The purple/violet is a little more gray than purple. It's not at all strong. In fact, I accidentally broke my first one by pulling the stand out a little too hard. But a cool thing to have on my AirPods in case I want to watch something on it and don't have a stand or something to lean it on. Worth the $10 solely to use as an emergency stand, just don't expect it to blow your mind or be particularly serious workhorse. Nonetheless, a cool idea, and a somewhat useful knickknack.

Useful case, could use sturdier plastic
My phone is pretty heavy and the case holds it up. Honestly such a good idea and really convenient because I don’t use a pop socket or anything like that so I’ve never had anything to prop my phone up if I’m out and about.Update: I still like the product, as it is the only kickstand AirPod case I’ve seen, but the portion of the case that actually holds the phone up, when it’s in the propped position, has broken off. I’ve only had the case for a few months. I don’t know if I want to spend $10 every couple months on a new case.
