Amazing watch
The media could not be loaded. Such a cool watch! All the negative comments here are people who haven't used a smart watch befor I beleive. Turn off unnecessary background apps and keep only what you need. One full charge the battery lasts for close to a day. One of the most stylish looking smart watches in the market ! Go for it.

ZERO customer service
Had the watch 2 1/2 weeks. I wake up to find my watch is now displaying a system corrupt message. I try to contact diesel. 30+ minutes on hold and still couldn't talk to someone. Used their message system that says "we respond within 1 business day". 4 messages and 4 days later still no response. Tried calling again today, 35+ minutes on hold to have some jackass tell me that I need to reset the watch, which the directions are in the manual. The manual directions require you to have access to the system to select reset from a menu, YOU CAN'T ACCESS IT IF THE SYSTEM IS CORRUPT!The watch itself was nice for what I wanted it to do. The band holes were a bit annoying for my wrist, as i either had to wear it too tight, or too loose, the holes right next to each other just gave me those options, and too loose had the watch constantly turning on because the over-sided button would hit the back of my hand and wake up the watch.

Nice smartwatch but...
This is by no means a review against the product provider. They were great and worked with me through my issue. I would buy from them again without hesitation. The watch battery life was my major issue. I get up at 4:45 AM and I don't go to bed until about 11 PM most nights. I am just a busy person and the battery would die on me way to quickly. The only way to get the battery to last was to turn off ALL of the smartwatch features (only show the time when I tap on the watch). If that is the only way this is not going to work for me. It is a shame too, I was really looking forward to getting this watch. It is a beautiful design and is made of good quality material. I will just have to wait to try and get a smartwatch again later after the battery technology gets better.

Big mistake
This watch worked for one charge then got stuck in a boot loop that ended with it saying " no command " would not turn on fully. Very disappointed with my experience with this device

The watch itself is great, but it's integration with Apple's iOS is frustrating at best.
Diesel's Axial Smartwatch is nicely made, attractive, and functional. Unfortunately, the experience with an iPhone is passable, but not great. The Diesel is a very well made smartwatch. The case is constructed from heavyweight stainless steel and the feel of the buttons and crown is exemplary. The watch feels like it was hewn from a solid piece of metal. The leather band is also nicely done with a stainless steel clasp and attractive and aromatic leather. Color-wise the band is a deep gray / black and the body of the watch is black while the bezel that surrounds it is a deep bronze / gold color. It's darker in person than on my monitor. Lastly, I want to mention the substantial "leather" case that the watch comes boxed in. It's quite the presentation and adds to the luxury feel.I downloaded Google's Wear OS for my iPhone XR running iOS 13. I was able to get it connected and set-up, but it took a while and hung up from time to time. The app itself is fairly simplistic and lets you change watch faces, monitor your steps and some health data, and make minor settings changes. To make the majority of settings changes you'll want to do so on the watch itself. You'll also want to download Google's health app to see a more detailed breakdown of your activity and heart rate. Both apps run fine on my iPhone but I experienced issues with the bluetooth connection from the watch to the phone being interrupted and it would take a few minutes before I could get them to reconnect despite the fact the my iPhone's bluetooth indicated it was connected. Additionally, I had some issues where the watch would attempt show what song was playing on my iPhone but it wasn't the correct song title, there were times when Google's version of Siri would not work despite the watch being connected to the Wi-Fi, and other minor issues like not being able to clear notifications on the first try. Compared to my Apple Watch Series 2 the experience is not seamless and can be frustrating. Lastly, you cannot reply to texts, delete e-mails, or make phone calls through the watch, just receive notifications for them. Thankfully, all of my phone's notifications came through seamlessly.Performance wise the Axial works well. It's speedy in operation and rarely left me hanging. The heart rate monitor was accurate and gave numbers similar to my Apple Watch. Also, the GPS performed well and locked onto a single quickly. I enjoyed using the workout tracking features. The screen is sharp and colorful and performs well in low-light and in direct sunlight. The battery lasts me pretty much all day and I would say I use the watch moderately. Over the course of 10 hours the battery went from 100% to 35% and that was with the screen always on and the tilt to wake activated. Workouts eat the battery a lot faster and a 1 hour walk using GPS and constant heart rate monitoring took the battery from 77% to 44%.The watch fits me well as a 5'6" and 135 pound male who has narrow wrists and like to wear his watches snug. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my perfect fit. It was a bit too loose in one hole and too tight in the other. Still, despite the watch's large size and heft it is comfortable to wear all day and isn't obnoxiously large. All in all... a great smart watch, but Google lets down Apple users.
