Blow through the big end
These are really fantastic. I heat my home with a wood burning stove all through the winter, and being able to get a fire going quickly is important. Looking at the bellows you might naturally put the narrow end to your mouth, but that won't do you a whole lot of good. Put the wide end to your mouth and let the narrow end compress the air to a fast stream and you'll be in business. Using this, I can get a fire going from hot coals without a match in less than 5 minutes.

For quick fire building
I love these things! I have one in all of my survival kits. Plus one for the home fire pit. You just can't go wrong with these! Starting a fire is a cinch and I don't have to melt my face off, by getting too close to the fire to blow into it! Also, if you need to build your fire back up from coals, add a big ol' log, and blow! You'll have yourself a nice big fire again in seconds!

A fantastic tool
With 2 scouts in my family and a wood burning stove these were used and loved often. A fantastic tool to keep in your pack and or next to your stove. The one we kept for the stove this winter broke last night. The small part would no longer pull out. We used a chopstick to poke it out but it was broken.A fantastic tool but needs to be a bit more durable OR..... MY FAMILY needs to be more gentle. We will be buying it again.

Works fine, not sure about lifespan
These are handy for getting the campfire going....Or I got this one to use with small camping wood stoves. The work fine. It would be nice if there was a "tip" of some kind to hold onto at each end but not a show stopper. If you blow pretty hard, you can feel air pouring out through the joints. This is just an old antenna.

Good Value
I love these pocket bellows for starting campfires, they are a little delecat, so don't bend or crush them, but thats true for all pocket bellows of this design. I like that these came in a two pack for about the same price as most other sellers sell a single one, worked great for me since now I have one in my backpack and in my duffle bag.

Misleading dimensions
The case in the description is supposed to be under 5” but it is actually over 7” which is over 1 1/2” larger than a sharpie. I was looking for a compact pocket bellow, now because of the oversized case it is no longer compact. It will be returned promptly.

No more scorched eyebrows.
Improves ability to oxygenate your fire after lighting, but with less strain on my old man's back and knees. Also allows keeping your face at a safer distance. Telescopes down for convenient storage/transport as well. Highly recommend.

Why two?
2 pack is good. Gave 1 to friend but only needed 1 at a time. Two people blowing on a fire at the same time is redundant and foolish. Just sell one at a lower price. Unless your product is trash and you give away an extra in anticipation of failure. If this is the case... wtf?
