We had always worn " bedroom slippers" around the house. As our body aged it became difficult to slide our feet into them for those unwelcome bathroom trips in the dead of night. We had never heard of grip socks until a trip to ICU followed by a month of recovery/rehab to learn to walk again. After wearing out my hospital freebies, we ordered a couple of different brands of grip socks from Amazon and found them stretched out of shape after just one wash. Decided to try the Grips 3 pack (pink, lavendar, blue) and love, love them. I will admit to not wearing them in summer but oh boy, in the winter they are part of my feet. My heels are not as cracked and calloused as with bed slippers. And the best part? You can wear them to bed! And of course, a portion of your purchase is donated to further neuromuscular research.

I'm 100% non weight bearing on my left ankel and I needed something the would go high up on my calf to go underneath the air-cast. I only use one at a time seeing as I can get a regular sock and shoe on my other foot. I use the dark ones when I go out and the light pair to go to bed (I don't like wearing socks to bed, but I hate the feeling of the air-cast on my bare skin even more) they are thin enough that I'm not dying in the summer heat, but thick enough that I dont freeze while being elevated at night where it is impossible to keep the blanket on my leg all night. The non slip bottom gives me confidence that if I'm resting my foot while on my crutches it won't accidentally slip from under me on smooth floors and cause more damage. They are working out so much better then expected. I was surprised at how soft they are. Really the most comfortable hospital type sock I have ever had. Well worth the money!

The socks fit my mother and with the non slip on the bottom, she feels so much safer when she walks. Great quality !

Overall I liked these socks as they seem to be a quality product, but I think they run small in size. I ordered the large size and have a size 10 shoe size with a wide foot but found these somewhat snug. I think they are made to better fit women than men.

Good quality ... as specified

I’m pretty picky when it comes to my socks. I like them to be warm but I HATE fuzzy socks. The seam needs to be in the right place. They need to be just tight enough, not too loose and not too tight. Just long enough. Good quality material. I guess I’m really picky! But these were perfect! I took them with my to the hospital to give birth and they were wonderful!

Socks are soft and warm. Grip surface is good. Recommend.

My husband preferred these over the normal ones the hospital gives you. They won’t slip off your foot, the grip is strong, and they look nice.

I got these for my elderly dad as he is unsteady on Lino and hardwood flooring. They are great, just a wee bit tighter than I had hoped since he has some swelling, but he is very happy with them.
