Q: What are the dimensions of this bag when unrolled; and the dimensions of the compartments?

I don't know the exact measurements, but it is a fairly large bag that's able to hold all of my stuff and then some! It's something like 9 or 10 inches wide and more than 18 inches tall when unrolled. Each compartment is about 7 or 8 inches wide, 5 inches tall, and 4 or 5 inches from bag to the tip of the triangle. Those triangle-shaped pouches are what really make this bag; there's lots of room and it's still able to roll up into a nice size.

Q: Does any of the 4 detachable compartments meet the TSA criteria for liquids, I.e. 1 quart size, clear, plastic, & zip-top

Each detachable compartment is about a quart size, zippered clear vinyl. I don't know if they meet TSA criteria as I've always had them in my checked bags but according to what they ask for, they should.
