My 2.5 year old twin grandkids love this, and their parents do, too. After I gave it to them it was gotten out for playtime everyday.

If your child tends to stick things in their mouth, ear , nose or any other handy place then please be aware that the plastic snowflake shaped puzzle pieces are small enough to fit in certain places. The age recommended is 3 plus, but I would always suggest adult supervision if you are intending to buy this for younger children.The writing on the box and on the instruction manuals is in Chinese with an English translation underneath. They are non-toxic and environmentally friendly, however I still wouldn't suggest leaving a child alone with this toy if they still like to discover their world with their by taste.The plastic pieces are about 3 cms wide.Their is a small manual with suggestions of designs and pictures, but I am sure no child will have any problem making up their own snowflake pictures and animals.It is an excellent toy to improve hand to eye coordination and fine motor skills. Children can work on their colour skills and it will certainly get their creative juices flowing.If you are a parent with smaller and older children buying this for the older child I can only repeat the above warning of bits of pretty plastic in curious hands. Very cool and creative way to play puzzles for kids. Its small pieces and the recommended age is 3 years and above. My kid never play a game for more than 10 minutes. usually get bored easily.
