Very easy to use and no mess
Very easy to use and no mess! We also used the El Nacho bag cheese with dispenser tube. One bag of cheese can make 40 orders of nacho's (approx.) Take about 1 hour to warm up cheese from room temperature. We are loving it in the concession stand - no more crock pot mess and clean up.
