Overall, I would recommend this. When I decided to try it I didn't know that I was going to be in the middle of moving, prepping our house to sell, losing one of our dogs, and dealing with major stress at work. While I wasn't able to take it consistently over the last few weeks I will say that I've noticed some mental clarity and good sleep when I do. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks and and seeing the difference with consistency. The pill is like an average pill, size wise, and easy to swallow. Very little flavor, which I liked.

I am an avid cyclist and mountain biker, and in my free time I work! Or the other way around 🙂 Staying sharp and feeling great is important to me. This supplement is top notch!
