I ordered these to replace the broken ones on my Bissell ProHeat Pet model 8910. Perfect replacement, very easy to install. Comes with both left/right pieces and new screws.

Let me tell you guys, REPLACE THE OLD BISSEL. I busted the thing twice - mostly I clogged it with husky hair (yes, after vacuuming two times before running the cleaner). Anyway, I had to order new parts because it wasn't my carpet cleaner; I had borrowed it, and I didn't want to return it broken. After another, later break, my wife and I just purchased a new one. The new model (ours is from Hoover) is SO MUCH BETTER designed. Anyway, if you absolutely need to repair (because of social embarrassment or otherwise) this part is (probably) worth the cost.

While checking on the belts on my carpet cleaner, the retainer broke coming out. This was exactly the right piece I needed and super easy to install.

Said both left and right and reviews indicated there are both a left and a right. The package also states this. There was only one piece in the packet. We ordered two packets to have one on hand. Neither packet holds two pieces.
