Rhythm Superfoods, Organic Sea Salt Cauliflower Bites, 1.4 Ounce

I put off buying these for some time because they were a bit pricy, but glad I did. I'm on a keto diet and these are still a little high in carbs so, you can't sit down and eat the whole bag - I make sure to weigh them out and only eat a 10 gram serving at a time. They are a nice treat with a sandwich or whatever. I like the bar-b-que taste!

My husband and I both LOVE these and on top of it, my dairy and tree nut allergic son can eat these too! They taste very cheesy considering there is no cheese. More of a mac and cheese taste than a nacho taste. They are also great if you are doing a low carb diet as they definitely fill a snack void that gets missed when doing keto or or other low carb plans. They are crunchy and yet sometimes soft, almost reminiscent of a cheese puff, but without the gross whey protein taste that other low carb replacements have. Do expect that they will taste at least a bit like cauliflower because while they are delicious, they are not magic. I recommend at least trying them. We have continued to order them, but often have to go get them in person because Prime will only let them deliver 2 packages to us at a time due to low stock.Update - we have also tried the Salted flavor, its good, but this one is still our favorite.

I wasnt sure what to write... so here is my opinion. I wanted a healthy alternative to chips.. and these HIT THE SPOT... I just wish they'd been more 'chip like' in shape since the cauliflower shape is hard to crunch on and powder gets messy when it comes out of the pieces while eating. BUT they are very tasty and for a 'healthy' alternative I'll buy them again.. the buffalo seasoning was a bit 'earthy' and wasnt as spicy as I wish it had been.. but use a little of your own like popcorn and you'll love these... I may even try to make some at home since it cant been too hard with an oven or dehydrator. Not alot of crumbles in the bag, bag was filled up well, seasoning was good (just not as spicy as I'd like), but crunch was great... and calorie and health content was GREAT. Between this and the pineapple coconut chips.... I wont miss potato chips at all. I recommend them... and I'm pretty picky.... It may not be everyone's 1st choice but I'll buy again.

I ordered the variety pack last week which stated the nutritional facts shown in the advertising. Cool. All was good. So good that I ordered this 8 pack as soon as they were gone. This is what came?! Completely different amounts on the nutrition facts. 210 calories? 18 net carbs!? That is a huge jump for someone that’s keto and super disappointing when the other bag is 130 calories and 6 net carbs. You can even see in the front of the bag bottom right corner it doesn’t say “6net carbs!” It says “made with over 1/2 lb fresh cauliflower”. WTFThis is extremely deceptive. What are the actual amounts?! Buyer beware. These are damn tasty but I don’t know which values to believe.

Taste was good, however the majority of the product was dust because it was shipped in an envelope without protection and was smashed during shipment. Shame, I really liked the flavor. It's a shame the shipping ruined the customer experience. I won't be purchasing again since it was basically a waste of money to receive dust in place of the crunchy product I was looking forward to enjoying.

The media could not be loaded. I’m really torn because I absolutely love these buffalo ranch cauliflower bites however I am torn because the value for the money it’s just not there. I pay nearly 5 dollars a bag and it’s only 1/4 of the bag with actual product the other 3/4 is just air and out of that 1/4 of product most of it is crumbs. I feel that the company maybe you should cut costs in the packaging because it is really nice but it’s just not worth it to spend so much money on packaging when you can reduce the package cost and just put more product. I buy four and five of these at a time but it’s just a habit that it’s to costly for what it is.

These are my all around favorite snacks ever.Pros: flavor and texture. Cons: I lose a quarter of the product by them breaking or disintegrating. Super con: super high price point! I had one bag that literally had 6 whole cauliflower florets (the rest were crumbs because they are fragile) and For $5.99 a bag.. that’s a dollar per floret.Sigh. Love em.. but the price is high for what we get.

I've been on a quest for snacks that aren't sweet, are gluten free, and are healthier than potato chips. Rhythm Foods cauliflower chips fit the bill! Delicious plus you get your servings of veggies at the same time. Plain and cheese are my favorite varieties. So pleased to have found them, going to try all their dried veggie snacks.
