Good lights for the price, I just ran into many issues getting to them to work, which is more my fault than anything else.I wish I would've bought the 24V LED strips due to the long runs I was doing. I was experiencing voltage drop when I had them daisy changed and it was affecting the way the lights towards the end of run looked. After switching to wiring everything in parallel the colors are true. Just took a lot of work to figure out on my end and then resulted in a ton of cabling that had to be ran.Overall, once I figured out my issues, I am happy with the purchase. I will also note I reached out to BFT lighting and they responded quickly to help me, which was great to see

Work as expected, have had several of these for relighting display cases

I placed these lights in U-shaped aluminum channels. Installation was straightforward, with the adhesive tape backing on the LED strips and aluminum channels. The adhesive on the strips feels very strong and like it will last a few years.These lights at 12v are not bright, and upon reading the description after purchasing them, they’re not made for task lighting but “decorative” lighting. So, I drive the lights a little harder at 16.5v to get a higher light output. At this voltage, the under-cabinet lighting feels more task oriented. The lights can take a lot more juice, however, up to 18v in my testing, but they likely won’t last very long at that power output without any thermal management. Additionally, they get dangerously hot at 18v with prolonged use. ***As a disclaimer, you would need a thermal management system to keep them cool and safe at any voltage above manufacturer recommendation or risk fire/damage to you or your property.***After pairing them with the Gledpro controller, the BTF lighting LED strips were a great find, and I’m pleased with my purchase.The only con is the push button mechanism to connect the wires. They need to overhaul that design because it’s annoying.

I have use this lights for the under the cabinets. This turned out to super cool. Color are elegant and with the amazon outlet adapter I have converted them into the smart light for different. Color and different scenes. Easy to install only I feel glue adhesive is some places not working or not that strong that it holding the surface otherwise you can easily bends it or cuts it. I liked it how final look of my kitchen coming out after installing this lights

Appears to built exceptionally well. Matches description exactly, white temperatures and colors are very bright.The LEDs are so close together that it can be placed quite close to a surface and the reflected light will still appear as an even line, even without an additional diffuser.Only caveat I found is that this strip is not meant to be driven with both color and whites at the same time.If your controller doesn’t understand this you may have problems. My HomeKit controller crashes the Home app when I try and use certain white temps. Same if I use a Zigbee controller with a HomeKit gateway. The color choices it surfaces in Zigbee are all legitimate, but HomeKit plays by its own rules.I don’t see this as a problem with the light strip, but you may want to be aware depending on your application.

Really happy with this product! I love being able to have the soft white or choose a color.Support was great about helping out with a couple of issues and even sent a replacement over. Would buy again.

Don’t buy this stuff, the connectors they supply with it so not work and if they do, they’ll fail shortly after. I had to re-do my whole kitchen and solder all connection as the connectors they supply are very bad. Again, don’t buy this stuff, your money is best used elsewhere.

TLDR: great strip, bright with tight LED spacing, white color temp mixing. Non standard connector.For the manufacturer: Tight spacing on LEDs, but for the love of God, why is the only connector included, male pins? Why would you create a great light strip and not offer a line of connectors with the same pitch pins. I've bought two of your also great 5 in 1 WB5 WiFi controllers. Maybe even tell us the pitch on your pre-soldered connectors. But again, why include a male pins connector so that if it's unconnected on the other end, it exposes the 24v vcc pin unprotected. Include the female pigtail and we can use it the other way around without risking a short. You could surely sell a ton of these, is it really necessary to use a connector pitch that nobody sells extensions or connectors for? Don't just say it's solder only, either sell the accessories and make money or redesign with slightly longer pads on the cut lines. I like that it's got a male pins on one end and female on the other, but it's still the wrong mate included. Could have been 5 stars. Here's a thought, search Amazon for 6 pin LED extension cables and make your connectors match what most others use.
