This one meal pack includes curry paste, fish sauce, and powdered coconut milk. I was a little concerned as the serving size says two servings but I doubled the coconut milk and added fresh ginger, garlic and cilantro and came out with 4-5 servings. The flavors are great. Only gave it 4 stars as it is a tad bit too spicy for people with a lower heat tolerance. I personally thought the heat level was perfect but if you have kids it may be a bit spicy which was another benefit to doubling the portions and adding more coconut milk.
