VERY Well Made
I just assembled this thing. Wow, is it well made. I am so tired of flimsy plastic junk. US Mfg. Solid as a rock, but super light weight aluminum frame. Contrary to other comments, the tub snapped in solid. I suppose if you had 500 lbs of rocks in it, it might come loose when dumped, but I will never carry that much weight. Be warned, this thing is big. Also, the only thing I did not like about the assembly was the cotter keys did not have washers between them and the wheel bearing flanges. That leaves a sharp cotter key sticking out and just seems like a weak spot. So I bought four stainless steel fender washers that are half the thickness of those supplied by the manufacturer, and put washers on both sides of the wheel bearings. You can also put back the black plastic cups on the ends of the axle after everything is assembled to cover the sharp ends of the axle. Note the box arrived a bit rumpled, but the parts inside were well protected and solid enough that there was very little risk of damage.

Disappointed
I thought I'd like this cart and it would be helpful in moving mulch and plant waste/grass clippings but the tub does not stay in place in the frame. It shifts side to side and rubs against the wheels, which is a drag. And it even pops out when dumping. Super annoying. 20" wheels are small over uneven terrain.

Best cart, especially due to 'kneeling' design
I bought this cart directly from the manufacturer. The light weight and easy rolling is terrific. The part of the design I like best is that when it is tipped up, the angled front part goes flat on the ground, making it easy to sweep leaves, etc. right into it. Similarly, for unloading, tip it up and then grab the rear bend forming the legs. You can then tip it all the way up to fully dump the contents. I'm a relatively small woman, and this cart allows me to handle a lot of hardwood mulch pretty easily. The frame is very tough aluminum. I have every once in a while with a heavy load of mulch had the tub pop out of the frame. If it happened more it would be a nuisance, but it is rare. The cart's balance is terrific.I have the puncture-proof 20" wheels, which I would really recommend as an upgrade. It means the cart is always available for use, without worry about flat tires. I also have the smallest size of the flat-bottomed carts offered by smart carts, the 7 cu yard, and it is still rather large for garden aisles. When it is filled up with mulch, it's about the heaviest load I would want to deal with.On their web site (Muller's Smart Carts) they state in their FAQ that they offer volume discounts. This is the way that I and my friends ordered our carts at a discount. We ended up with about a dozen carts delivered to one commercial address, and were able to negotiate a great discount. Though still pricey compared to big box prices, this is an incredible tool that will last decades.

The Best!
I am a 72 year old woman with lots of arthritis and after hauling dirt up the front yard and around to the back for three days with an old heavy wheelbarrow I decided that was the last load I was going to do with that wheelbarrow. I immediately went online to see what Amazon had. After researching everything I decided that this was the cart that I wanted with the wide 16 inch wheels. Wow! Sure makes doing hard work a whole lot easier. It is still work pushing uphill, but much easier. No balancing required and turns so easy. Also very easy to pull it rather than push. Easy to dump the contents out. I have used this for hauling just about everything since it arrived and should last us forever. My husband told me that it is one of the best things that I have ever purchased. He loves it too.

One of my favorite things about this is that I can leave it ...
One of my favorite things about this is that I can leave it in the fenced back yard. Just dump out rain afterwards to prevent mosquitos. No need to open the gate and garage to store it as most items need. Ive used it to unload my car, relocate dirt, trees, yeah, smaller trees but can hold a heck of a rootball in this thing, to simply throwing yard waste in it so I dont have to drag my flat bottomed yard waste recycling bin about, especially when loaded.

This makes the overall product a very poor value. Look elsewhere
Product is expensive for what it is but is of decent quality. Add on products for this item such as the trailer hitch, are ridiculously over priced - $160 with shipping. This makes the overall product a very poor value. Look elsewhere.

easy to push
Expensive, but well worth the extra money. This cart is very well made, easy to push, even with a heavy load.
