Great with a little effort in upkeep!
This fountain is great, and our cats love it. They were so fussy with bowls of water but love drinking from this. I recently wrote negative review as pump stopped working, but seller got in touch and advised how to open it up (as is shown on their main page) and it works great again. Only 4 stars as it does need a lot of regular cleaning/clearing of stuff to keep it running well. But this would be the same with any fountain like this I imagine-and not a particular issue with this one.

Delivery time
These were great when they arrived with the water fountain for cats and dogs, but ordered just filters again and still Waiting for them to arrive 8 weeks later.

Filters work as expected.
They seemed to work great. My cats loved drinking out of the fountain - while it worked.
