I consider this my magic dream pillow. I used to have a great small contour pillow that I accidentally left at a hotel. I didn't realize how hard it is to replace a good pillow. I tried to find the same contour pillow, but it wasn't the same. I tried a pillow from the chiropractor, the popular Japanese buckwheat pillow, and a Costco contour pillow. The Costco pillow was OK, but I am so glad I found this.This pillow is for people who do not need a a full, firm pillow under their head. If the pillow under my head is too full, it pushes my head up and gives me a sore neck the next day. I am a side and back sleeper. My body does best with a pillow that is less firm. This pillow is softer and fluffier. It lets my head sink down but still gives my neck support at the edges. I think it's easier for people who need firm pillows to find them than it is for people who need a pillow with more give. For people who don't like it, there complaint is lack of support/firmness. You need to know what your body likes when ordering.I waited to review this pillow to make sure I was happy with it long term. I've had this pillow for three months now, and I'm still pleased with it. As soon as I started using it I started having very vivid dreams, probably because I was getting a good night's sleep and waking up without neck pain. I'm just so glad I found it and am considering ordering extra to keep for the future. (I paid full price.)

The fluff is losing its poof and have only had it a couple of months.

Discovered these pillows on vacation and had to have them. Then I looked them up and realized they were not cheap so I waited till they went on sale still they weren’t cheap but they were worth it. Best nights sleep ever, husband agrees. Fluffy without sinking in. Perfect.

Nice pillows. Good quality and comfortable

I'm wondering how there are great reviews for this pillow. I ordered one in the standard/queen size and the pillow is almost completely flat. There is no support. If I push my hand on it, my hand immediately rests on the bed . You could scrunch it up into a small ball and place it under the neck, but that's not what I expect to do with my pillow. So here's your warning, if you want any kind of support, this is not the pillow for you. I also thought this was more like the Sobella pillows because it's the same company but it's not at all similar. I left this at two stars only because maybe some customers prefer the softness and lack of support.

Like others, I discovered this pillow when cruising with Holland America. My husband wondered what I was doing when I was sitting there stripping the pillow to find the info on it. I slept so well on that ship I have undertaken the task of replicating the conditions in my own home. The pillow was the first thing. I sleep at an odd angle between full side and full back, I need something to fill in the space under my neck, this pillow is squishy enough to feel soft but retains a sort of firmness. I can push the pillow under my neck and it doesn’t tend move or compress over the night. My only complaint is that it wasn’t available in a standard size. I think Holland America ought to make that pillow available for purchase. Many hotels sell their bedding to guests. I would have purchased it that way had it been available.

I'm a little confused about the glowing reviews for this pillow. I ordered one in King size and the pillow is almost completely flat. There is zero support. If I place my hand on it, my hand immediately rests on the bed without applying any pressure--it seems I might as well sleep without any pillow at all. It's possible that the king size makes a difference over the queen (maybe they don't increase the fill for King?). I suppose one could scrunch it up into a small ball and place it under the neck, but even then I'm not sure it would hold up. In talking to Customer Service, they say this is their softest pillow and should be almost completely flat--even though their website says it offers firm support. So here's your warning, if you need any kind of support, this is not the pillow for you.

Discovered this pillow on a Holland America cruise and loved it. Bought two as soon as we returned home. Love them!
