breads seem like TOO much
These are my "go to". After years of trying gluten free breads, both home made and store bought, finally gave up on the stuff. Now, breads seem like TOO much, which is where these tortillas come in. They do not wrap easily, it takes learning how much to heat them. But even without rolling them up, they make a base for a good easy quick gluten free pizza. They don't fall apart and crumble like so many of the other gluten free breads tend to do. Have even made corned beef w/swiss using these. PB & J! They are by far my favorite of all these types of things, and I've been leading the GF lifestyle now since 2009. They will mold if not used quickly (a month?), or not refrigerated. Once had a package that had regular tortillas in there with the rice ones! On the other hand, Have had GF breads and tortillas that NEVER turned moldy, after 6 months on the counter. How is that real food? and as a company, they responded to the mix up quickly. None of us is perfect, never assume, and pay attention.

Great for wraps
I'm really glad these brown rice tortillas are available. Like most gluten-free baked goods, they are stiffer and may crack rather than curve. I keep them in the freezer and microwave one briefly at the time I'm going to use it. They're more soft and flexible when warm. Please continue to carry them! There's really nothing like them, especially in terms of ingredients. Many gluten-free products have corn flour or corn starch in them, to which I'm allergic. These are corn free, which is really important for me. They're a food staple in my house.

changed the recipe, don’t bother
what happened? they changed the recipe and now it’s terrible. I threw it out. You used to be able to take them out of the freezer, place them in a frying pan for 10 seconds, flip it over and you could actually wrap and tuck in the corners and they stayed secure. the taste was chewy. now it a flaky crumbly mess. leave well enough alone.

gross
the wrap ripped when i rolled it with minimal ingredients. it was NASTAY and tasted like the yearly hallmark cards my dad sends. I would give this a lower rating but im hoping the stiffness was a result of me storing them in the fridge opposed to a pantry.

Wild ride
I don't know. You do it. These are something... Delicious? Maybe. Interesting? Yes. Substantial? Indeed. I found them too filling?! But I wasn't disappointed in their taste. I think they have a role. Maybe lasagne sheets more than tortilla wraps?

Great taste
These are perfect for quesadillas. I also toast them with oil and seasonings to make a cracker. It helps me avoid gluten, wheat and white flour which are allergens for me.

Pass on these
There was no expiration date on the package. However, I can assure you, that it would've been a long time ago. Every shell was cracked in half and some even had mold on it. Had to throw every single one away. Completely unusable and definitely inedible.

Never eat them as is!!
I absolutely love these but the trick to making them taste amazing is to place them over the stove or cook in a pan like a tortilla for a few seconds so they get lightly toasted. Do not leave too long as then they get too crunchy. Never eat them as is- they taste gross. Please don’t discontinue these again!!!
