Personalised house warming map gift | New home present

I’ve bought this several times for friends but this time it was for me. Love this very personalised gift. Excellent communication with the company. Speedy responses to questions.I’m in a new build so the map shows before our house is up . I’ll await a map update and order a second one as a wee set. Love it. Highly recommend x

I bought this as a gift for someone. I emailed to check the house was available, which they confirmed. Unfortunately, when it arrived the house was not visible on the map. I contacted the seller about it and they sent a very prompt reply with a sincere apology and sent out an amended replacement the same day for no additional cost. The second package arrived really quickly too. Great customer service considering the mix up with the map, very polite and professional conduct. I would use them again. The product was beautifully made too and a perfect give for someone moving to a new home.

My first print arrived and had the wrong map on, so I contacted the company and the customer service was excellent, they rectified the problem straight away and I received my new print really quickly. Absolutely love this idea and what a lovely gift for someone who is moving into a new home. The print is beautiful!

Ordered as a gift. Arrived sooner than expected. Nice print and basic quality frame (although could have paid extra for better quality frame). Second one I have purchased and both recipients loved it.

Great idea for personalised gift. Had it made to commemorate the home of my Grandparents for more than 70 years. Will be getting it framed at some future date.

I bought the lovely black framed house with map in it for my friends who have recently moved into their first joint bought home. Sadly the map on original posting was incorrect for the address I had entered, however after an email off to the seller, a quick response and replacement paper to go in the frame was posted. Brilliant customer service from initial queries to getting the job done! Thank you very much for that and the utterly sweet gift I will now give my friends.
