I found it amusing that a Hyundai SSD exists
I just purchased it as a novelty item like the Fattydove Racing SSD I bought a while back. I find it amusing that a Hyundai branded SSD exists. It's a cheap DRAM-less SATA SSD with a Realtek RayMX RM1135 controller which I couldn't find a datasheet for, paired with two SDE315 DCUFSK32201 or whatever since I still have no idea who made this NAND flash and Google search is giving me nothing. This drive doesn't give me confidence when it comes to long term reliability but it works and the speed is similar to other DRAM-less SSDs I've owned. Not great, not terrible. It's also one of the cheapest SATA SSD I've seen so far so you do get what you pay for.

It is a cheap SSD, basically a clone of other cheap DRAMless SSDs.
I have a 480GB and a 120GB versions of these. They are far faster than a HDD but are nothing special as far as a SSD is concerned. I used mine for a boot drive for a old Sandy Bridge i series PC and the other is just for some steam games. It's about the same as other cheap SSDs for performance and cost is similar.

Very fast
I waited a little while to review this product. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is because the data receptacle broke off the first one I got. Could have been a fluke. Hyundai Tech points you to where you can get free cloning software that worked well, both times. Both disks were recognized right off the bat and data transfer was very quick, even though I think my old drive was failing. After cloning the first drive I went to unplug it so I could position it properly and the plugin part just came out with the plug. They sent a replacement very quickly and I've had no problems with the new one. I've installed several SSD's in the past year and have been buying different brands just to see how they work. This was going in a PC that I use to stream to my big screen TV, so It didn't need to be large. The reason I wanted to point out the speed of this unit is because I've read that smaller drives (this is only 120 GB) are slower than larger ones. Not the case here. A couple of my other higher end larger drives are not showing the speed this one is. I can turn on my PC, walk 4 feet and turn on the TV and the logon screen is already up. Incredible. Now, only time will tell if it will last, but for what I paid, and the fact that nothing is really stored on this unit, it's almost disposable at this point.Hyundai is one of the largest manufacturers in the world, making everything from the largest cargo ships, to cars, to electronics. I think these people know what they're doing.

I am Dr. Frankenstein...
Someone gave me a laptop they no longer wanted. TOO slow they said. I took it home and it was in fact slow as mole-asses in the dead of winter. After doing some diagnostics, I determined the HDD was the culprit. It was writing at a solid 100%. I thought about tossing it since I really didn't need an older laptop. It contained a core i3 with 8gb of ram. I found this SSD drive for only (dang, just checked and it's now 2/3 the price I paid for it) $40 and decided to replace it. I installed and reloaded Win10 in 45 minutes. I am amazed how fast this little puppy is now. It's screaming fast. Looks like I'll be selling this laptop instead of tossing it.

Use it as Boot Drive for a NAS
I put it in a NAS as a boot drive and it works just fine. It's fairly quick and inexpensive. Since this is a smaller capacity, the use cases for this drive will become more and more limited with time, but for a NAS boot drive it works perfectly with no problems.

DRAMless but better than spinning rust.
Cost effective upgrade. Used in HP laptop and ole MacBook Pro. Significant performance improvement and very reliable.

Cheap but not fast.
Read speed is about 250MB per second. Write speed is usually about 80MB per second. Could shoot up occasionally to 150MB per second. Usuable as a games storage expansion. Seems like this is dram cacheless.

悪い意味でなく、普通
全く普通です。ノートと妻のデスクトップに入れました。私のメインと娘のデスクトップには他社のより高性能な物を使いましたが、価格も普通なのがいいですね。
