I initially started this supplement as a natural alternative to what I call "crazy pills". My family has a history of disorders, from mild depression to bipolar schizophrenia. I am not as extreme as schizophrenia. I have witnessed the behavior of different relatives on crazy pills and I don't want to be like that. In the future, if my condition progresses, I might be forced to take something stronger, but not right now.I did a lot of research and saffron comes back as a natural mood enhancing supplement. I've been taking it for almost a year and I have noticed EXTREME changes in my mood. I also noticed an incredible change in appetite. I'm hungry, but at a level I would say is average. In the morning, I eat breakfast. About five hours, or so later, I'm hungry and I eat lunch. Same for dinner. But when I eat, I'm not so hungry that I overeat. In fact, I eat a lot less than I used to at each meal. I don't take this for the weight loss aspect, and I didn't actually think it was useful for that, so I didn't track it. But I have lost a little over 15lbs, no exercise or starvation (had I worked out, my results would be greater I think). I eat high protein, low sugar meals and I drink water all day every day.This is, by no means, a miracle weight loss pill. Over time, it builds up in your system, your body reacts and results can be both seen and felt. But, stop taking these for three days and you'll know damn well they were working before!I would like to note that I did not feel any different until I had been taking it for about 2 to 3 weeks. Also, I know the instructions say 1 capsule once a day, but I take 2 capsules in the evening with my allergy pill and omeprazole.

So far so good on this. I certainly don't feel as hungry as I normally am so I can safely say that it works for its intended use. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had 3 pills that were empty and 2 pills that broke apart at some point and emptied as well. In spite of that, I would still purchase again.

I have had a chance to try this product for a week now and I have to say I love it. I know there are some one star reviews saying that it doesn't work for people. As with any natural supplement or prescription drug, results vary from person to person. All I can say is that I struggle with binge eating comma and I eat when I am bored but not necessarily hungry. What I have noticed is that my mind is more able to switch gears and not focus so much about food. I actually went all day today without eating and forgot to grab my breakfast and lunch because I wasn't that hungry. This has happened a few times this week and the only thing I can attribute it to is the saffron. I did order some from last year from a different company and a half some similar results but their product right now is almost four times as much for the same results. That is actually what led me to this Cellar was that the quality of the product was being sold at a great price. I bought 3 bottles of front and I plan to keep buying more.

Didn't want to give it a bad review but I could not take it. It made me feel terrible and effected my heart.

I bought this product to help improve my mood and anxiety. I have used used it for almost a week now and I have noticed a definite improvement in my mood. I felt better and had a bit more energy. Though I did not buy this to specifically reduce my appetite, it does make me feel full longer. This is fine with me, as I no longer want snacks between my meals. I am also able to start back my exercise routine with renewed energy and a good mood. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, as it did what it intended.

this is white powder in the capsules, it is supposed to be yellow to orange, this powder does taste like nothing, like flour, rice flour etc, its no saffron. real saffron tastes somewhat bitter is a specific way that you got to klnow in order not to be done. Saffron is heck expensive spice, don't expect not to be coned. only real one I met was satietrim
