I loved this bag but when the first one I ordered got wet from rain it left marks where the water was and wouldn't wipe off and actually looked like mildew. I wrote to them and they wouldn't respond even though they enclosed a paper that if I had a problem let them know. I returned that and had Amazon replace it thinking maybe it was a fluke, well the replacement did the same thing and again I wrote them and they didn't respond. I'm now returning for a refund. Its a shame because its a well made bag and it's the perfect size for me.

I LOVE this genuine leather purse!! The quality is great and the room in it surprising for a slim crossbody!! I was able to fit a wallet, glasses, lotion, sanitizer, kindle, iphone, pen, and needed medicine. The product was packaged with care along with a note from the seller. Hard to believe the quality for the price!! I am NOT disappointed!!
