I'm week 6 post bbl.I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable.Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go.For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.

I’ve been using this pillow 3 months now on a DAILY BASIS at least 10+ hours per day. I take it everywhere I go! & it still gives me great support & comfort. It sinks down just enough to keep your buttocks elevated. The BBL pillow I bought from Mia Aesthetics (Atlanta, GA) is hard as a rock!!! I freaking hated it. I could not drive with Mia’s whatsoever as it was cutting off my circulation. I researched so many pillows and so glad I bought this one! WORTH EVERY PENNY! This is a must have for BBL’s.

This pillow and back cushion have held up well. I use it mainly for driving and sometimes when I choose to sit, but trying not to sit as much (post op BBL). Not sure how some purchase just a pillow without a back cushion because for me the back cushion is a must have especially when driving. The pillow is very firm which is why I took off 1 star but they probably need to be that way to provide the support that is needed.

Used this for two months following BBL. Was able to sit in normal chairs without my backside touching. I am tall (5'9") so I was still able to touch the ground.

The pillow is too high and super hard I regret so much buying it and not be able to use it not that I mostly need the glutes support I don’t recommend it at all not worth the money

Lifesaver. Bbl pillow. Has a washable cover, just wide enough for a plane seat too. The back pillow made all the difference in a car to the various dr visits, especially aft lipo and BBL simultaneously. I used the back pillow as a neck pillow in bed, on the plane. Way better than the store braught ones. Used it for about 9 weeks then reverted to normal sleeping position. Still use it to elevate my head if I'm browsing in bed. Worth every cent this. Both have washable covers.

Product is not sturdy enough I’ve been using it for little over a week now and it’s really not working I slipping and sliding off and it’s not comfortable at all and I can feel it getting flat

I don’t know what I would’ve done if I hadn’t ordered this product! To the car rides and going back to work, this was such a relief for my new booty 🫶🏼
