I am really rather surprised to be able to write this review but this stuff works. I have tried just about every cream/potion/topical stuff in the book to help with pain in my right knee from severe degenerative osteoarthritis.It doesnt work instantly. But you begin to notice a “feeling” in the area you apply it to. And you still feel creaky but then as you go through your day, you notice you are missing the joint pain. I now use it as hand cream for hands and wrists, and on the lumbar region if I have an occasional stiff back.My husband has occasional back pain and I just rub it on him. At first he said it did nothing but then at the end of the day, he said ‘wow’. He has his own tube of it now.It isnt cheap but a little goes a long way. Some folks will not like the smell but I love the smell of it. And no one has ever said to me “ eeeeuuuuu, what have you put on yourself?!” Its clean. Its not sticky, it absorbs rapidly and it WORKS. Whats not to love?

great product, soothing, healing, great smell

This product was very soothing and cooling on my sore muscles, especially my shoulders, where I carry a lot of stress and tension. I almost fell asleep because of how relaxed I felt! I would've given it 5 stars, but the only downfall was the smell. I knew there was patchouli in the gel, but it smelled heavily of patchouli and that's all I could smell after using it. Otherwise, it's a great product.

Even though I love the smell and feel, I don’t see significant, lasting moisturizing effects on the areas I’ve been using it on. Not sure it’s worth the high price to me.

Love to use this on sore muscles. Also put on neck/shoulders every night before bed. It’s so relaxing and helps me fall asleep right away.

I am a jaw clencher and use this religiously at night to relax my neck and jaw. The calming scent helps to calm and get to sleep.

I love this stuff! It works so well to relieve muscle tension and pain. There is little burn and almost no smell.
