Great phone for value, excellent accessories
The quality of the phone was as expected based on reviews I've read online. As of yesterday, MIUI is upgradable to MIUI 11. Coming from the stock android, I'm overwhelmed by the number of settings I can tweak to my liking.The micro SD card came with an adapter, a pleasant surprise.Having bought the Redmi Note 7 before, the case that came with the phone got a significant upgrade. The Note 7's case was very flimsy and had barely any lip for the screen. The one that came with this fits tightly around the phone and not easily taken out (a good thing). There is about a 1-2mm lip around the screen and a taller lip to protect the camera. With the case on, buttons and the fingerprint sensor are still easily accessible. The newer case also has a closable flap on the charging port only. Though I purchased a separate case, this one is so good that it may be my go-to. Plus it still allows me to see the beautiful Moonlight White back.

El producto llegó como se describÃa. Corroboré que era la VERSION GLOBAL mediante el IMEI y la web de verificacion oficial de Xiaomi. Cargador US e incluia una SD de 64GB (aunque no es de una marca reconocida)En general estuvo bien todo.

Not what I expected
I was really excited to get this phone, when I got it it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. My flash went out shortly after I got it and then I couldn't get it to charge, it would just flash while the charger was in it.

Ordered this as a Christmas gift. The giftee liked it so much so I started to try it out. I ended up ordering one for myself. Not bad for $160.

I'm not technical at all, this phone has all the bells and whistles I need and want and it is fast, I can multitask.
