I have purchased this battery pack based on the solid specification. However, I am disappointed with the features of this battery pack after I started using it. It was advertised with QI wireless charging feature. Build quality is great and LED display is a nice feature on battery level. There is no wall charger provided with the battery pack and only USB cable was provided. For this price, a wall charger should have been provided. Wireless charging is not as fast as it is charging only 5w speed. This battery pack will work for users who would like to charge their laptops with 60W USB-C power delivery. I have purchased this for the wireless charging feature which is not working as expected. I will be returning this one and will purchase a battery pack from other vendors with half of the price.

This is a heavy duty work horse. The battery bank works absolutely flawlessly. It's also got a durable build with small rubber feet to ensure the batteyr doesn't fling around.My laptop charges at full speed. My iPhone charges on the Qi charger instantly. No fidgeting or fuss. It just works.The percent dial is nice, and I've roughly calculated the Watt hour rating to be close to 100Whr. (It's stated rating). My laptop has a 39Whr battery and one charge drains about 30-40% depending on how low my laptop is.It fully charges at 60W. The 20v profile works which is rare on battery banks. They usually cap out at the 15v 2A (30W) or 15v 3A (45W).I was in the market for a better USB PD battery bank after my RavPower one died a month after the warranty expired. This one has met and exceeded expectations as to how powerful it can be.It is however missing any sort of USB C to USB C cable. (I would recommend a proper 100W 5A certified one cause this is a powerful battery pack). It makes sense that they did it to be price competitive but it doesn't make sense to sell a USB PD battery bank without a 60W compatible cable.

First thing i though when I took this out of the box was how big it was compared to my other 21000 mAh battery. In fact there is no reason for it to be that much bigger when it doesn't hold that much more charge. The battery does say it's power direct and it does charge my pixel xl 4 rapidly but that did not extend to wireless. I am still new to wireless tech so maybe it is not supposed to work like that? However I do know that Samsung wireless chargers support Quick Charge and will charge your device quicker even through wireless. This takes a very long time to charge and I don't feel it charges as much as my other battery. One charge of my phone and it's already at 60% My pixel xl 4 has an under 4000 mAh battery. It shouldn't be eating 60%. To charge wirelessly you have to hit the Qi button or it will not work. Apparently you need to hit it again to turn it off when you are done or the battery will drain and you will go back to a dead battery next time you want to use it.

The pack is extremely heavy compared to others I have used. There is no way I will take it in my pack when camping or backpacking. However, it is great as a backup in the car to charge my laptop or to take to on a long camp site camping trip. It will charge my phone about 10 times. It will charge my phone, Garnin InReach Mini, and Fenix 5X Plus watch 5 days in a row without running out of charge. It does not have as many ports as my other ones but they have higher output so it can charge my laptop, unlike my others. Like I said, I don't like the weight. It was advertised at this weight though so I can't count that against it. If you need a very sturdy pack with a nice digital display and lots of power, this is a good choice.

Instructions aren’t clear. Get your own mesh baggy or something to hold it in bags/backpack. Aside from those two things it’s great. Usb c can charge my MacBook Pro while using it. At first I thought I had no use for Qi as to usb c to lightning would be much faster but it’s not as slow as other reviews say. I can listen to my playlists while my phone and this sit in my mesh baggy in my backpack while I workout or around school. No cords is a big thing for me. My last pd usb c charger broke bc it got caught and fell breaking the usb c port so this is ideal for me. Overall it does what you need it to do; push and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off (turns on Automatically when device connected); get your own little baggy or carrying case (doesn’t come with one). However it is a little expensive so unless u absolutely need a certain feature this offers (for me, 60W pd usb c with a large enough capacity to charge my laptop full) then there are other options available.

I've only had this unit for a little over a week so I can't speak to its durability, but so far it feels like a solid product. The PD will charge my XPS13 without issue, the Qi wireless works great with my Pixel 3 and I like that the Qi logo changes color when in use. I like the rubberized feet, that helps prevent accidentally knocking it off my nightstand.My only complaint would be that the display light is a bit bright. A dimming feature would be a nice touch.

This has been by far one of the best purchases of 2020. We all know when we have to play that game with how we hold the charging cord in our phone so it connects and charges🙄..... well not anymore! I was contemplating getting a new phone for $1000 bucks but I can keep my perfectly good phone still! It charges fast, it charges a variety of items, and the feel of the item is durable. Pay $100 now and save yourself frustration. The best part is it'll last you for all your future smart devices too.Only downside is it's a little clunky and heavy but for what it does, I really don't care lol.

Exellent product. A little big, but built well and the feel of Quality. Very powerful. Also has the ability to pass thu charge while charging other units and wireless charging. Although not fast charging wirelessly it is nice to have beside me and just drop my Sansung Note 10+ on it and no worry about plugging my phone into a cord.
