I like things that are dishwasher safe. If you're willing to hand wash it, I would rate it a 5 because the unicorn horn probably wouldn't take such a beating. However, since I wash everything in the dishwasher, only a 4 stars because the gold paint on the horn came off a little bit. Very light weight ceramic, So I feel like if I dropped it, it would break into lots of little pieces. My 5-year-old loves this mug.

The cup is cute and pretty but it's very dangerous to use first time I used it almost spelled burning hot coffee on me because the handle are defected they absorb the heat and you can't pick up the cup by the handle they get too hot, any coffee cups should have handles that don't absorb the heat of the liquid so you can pick up the coffee cup and not burn yourself. I want my money back making a complaint or turning it to a law firm that deals with defective items that can harm people. Don't buy very dangerous. I almost really dropped the cup on me when I grabbed the handle of the cup and scolded my hands.

It's okay for display, but not as a drinking cup. Too many holes and crevices make it too difficult to clean properly. The handle is hollow.

The mug felt cheap and the paint was smooched on one of the little feet. Returned.
