I bought these to use for work. They are a very similar style to shoes I bought several years ago, which cost vastly more. I was a little dubious about the comfort, but because I used the Amazon try before you buy service, I was happy that I could return them if I wasn’t happy. I also ordered a different make of shoe at the same time, to see which I preferred. The Bruno Marc’s were by far the better fit and I have been wearing them almost every day for the last month and am finding them very comfortable. They were initially a little stiff, but have worn in nicely now. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase so far. Very happy I used try before you buy, which has allowed me to compare a couple of different shoes without worrying about having to return them if I wasn’t happy.

Hard to recommend these really. Firstly they are not a leather upper, as listed, they’re some sort of PU faux leather, so plastic really. They do have a leather liner inside though so should be comfortable. They actually look pretty ok when they arrive, especially for the price. They’re well packaged and each shoe has it’s own little pouch and you could be easily convinced they were leather. However, they smell really quite strongly of chemicals. Being PU I can’t see these standing up to any regular wear, especially by the looks of other reviews from people who have worn them for a month or so. The sizing is bit weird too, I ordered a UK 13 and these were tight to get on, not too tight when on but tight getting them on and gently pulling them as you normally would you could here threads starting to break. I thought ok thinner socks and these will be great but I needed the bigger size for the length. Ordered the 14 and oh my gosh were these are loose, walk around and your heel comes out at the back like a kid wearing their parents shoes. It’s like they’re a size longer and the same amount wider.On the positive though, these are really cheap and are available in large sizes UK 13/14 etc which is hard to find especially in a cheaper shoe. So if you’re looking something in a big size to only wear once like a wedding or something and you don’t want to spend a lot on something you’re rarely going to use then get these, I’m sure they’ll last the day.

*update*Seller has been fantastic since I left original review. They have sent another pair of shoes out, very quickly as well. They have been communicating with myself to make sure everything is OK with the shoes. Fingers crossed it was just a bad pair we originally had. Thank you once again for bring so accommodating.Shoes were good for the first 3 months, they have now split under the sole so are unwearable. I would have thought they would have lasted longer than the 3 months.

Though they are elegant and affordableshoes, unfortunately they have not lasted. These shoes were delivered on the 31st of January and two and half months later the leather is coming off. I bough these for my son for school, not a footballer at lunch or anything like that, lucky if I can get him to do any sport to be honest but my point is he has only walked in them and this is what they look like. I was really sad because I really thought that I had bought a good pair of shoes.

I work as an Executive Chauffeur. I have the lace up Oxford shoe from this brand as well. My review is very similar: I spend as much as 65 hours a week in these shoes. I wear them with a black suit and tie. The shoes look sharp, are comfortable and have the proper shape. I have a wide fore foot and and a long instep. This makes dress shoe shopping challenging. I have been wearing these for 5 weeks 5-6 days a week and they still look nice. Quick tip: Wipe the shoe and side of the souls with a synthetic wash towel soaked in warm water and a little bit of blue dawn, and rinse. That is all they need to clean them if they get dusty or dirty. And what a great price! Also, they are easy to get on and off, and you can slip them off under your desk or while driving and easily get them back on.

I'm on my feet 8 hours a day. I usually buy the Steve Madden shoes from winners and they are awesome but haven't seen them now that mine are worn out. Took a chance on these and they are excellent. No foot fatigue, good cushion, look and feel great. Great price. Couldn't be happier.
