The cooking time on the noodles is longer than advertised. Other than that this is a really good purchase. Definitely one of the better noodle pouches on the market today!! I would give 4.5 stars, but Amazon does not allow that.

The shipping was quick and soup tastes good. However the only thing I’m not satisfied with is there’s no meat or egg, i know some brand they provide good amount of meat inside of package,maybe this one is only for vegetarian.

I bought a packet of these these at a local Asian market out of curiosity. They're not at all like the usual ramen noodles, they have rice noodles and a LOT of packets of individual ingredients. Fermented bamboo shoots gives them their predominant flavor, with lots of other flavors, too. The cooking instructions are a little vague. I like hot food, but the chili oil is UNBELIEVABLY HOT! Put in just a drop, you can always add more. I put in about 1/3 of the packet, and I had to add some veg stock to get the heat down to a bearable level. I liked it!

Recommend to those who have an interest of spicy rice noodle in Southern China flavor.我想念的螺蛳粉的味道，比方便面靠谱，吃完不上火起包。吃完不酸笋和酸豆角“臭臭”的。哈哈。
