The concept is good -- you can obtain a good sear on a steak using a hot plate, and having it non stick with a textured surface makes it that much better. The package comes with a set of helpful extras even including a flexible plastic cleaning pad that I found quite usable. It definitely does improve the way you can cook steaks, but......the main issue is the cookers rather than this little pan. Mine is a Ninja cooker. These slow cooker/broilers/air fryers are not actually very good at making steaks. They can control heat and even pressure in my case, but they give up other forms of cooking control -- if you sear using a hot grill or even hot pan, you have very good control over the sear and the subsequent cooking environment which is a mixture of the ambient temperature and the grill temperature. In one of the enclosed cookers with a lid, you lose this control.I also use this little plate in the broiler and even on a high output propane BBQ grill, so it's handy for a variety of things. So I am happy I bought this, but wanted to caution other purchasers to moderate their expectations on what kind of grilling results you will see with this device.

Hmm. Not sure how I feel about this item. The rack is a bit unstable inside the air fryer; a little weight or pressing on the wrong edge and the rack tips over. The non-stick disk is smaller than the diameter of the rack, and feels like it was designed for a different use. The silicone gadget is a throw away item; too cheap and flimsy to use. Having said all that, it does get the job done, even if a bit delicate and fussy in the process. I bought it. I use it. I won’t return it. But, I wouldn’t buy another one.

This is a nice addition to the Ninja Foodi for grilling steaks and burgers. I was missing this capability and since I also buy a lot from Omaha Steaks I needed this. I think anyone who grills in the Foodi would like this. The wire part that goes below the grill plate could be a little sturdier but that is a minor complaint.

I wrongly assumed that the grill pan was 8". It is not (7.5").Wanted to maximize the grill pan in my 6.5-quart Ninja Foodi.An 8.5" pan would be about max.

Was just a hair too big to fit in air fryer.

I used this set to get a somewhat grill look to my food using my Ninja Foodie. I was pleased with the outcome will definitely use the plate often. I haven't used the other items yet because I keep using the grill plate.

Love that it doubles the amount of food I cook, as well as cooking two different things at the same time.

This grill has been an awesome purchase - grilled our burgers to perfection. Because I liked it so well - I'm purchasing one for my sister. Thanks again for a great product.
