Works great no more leg cramps,

I see some people complaining that their supplements were all stuck/melted together. Mine were not. But I can understand that being frustrating. I think it's due to the material they use to make the soft gels (organic extra virgin olive oil, glycerin, beeswax, etc). These ingredients are extremely rare to come by in supplements and I like that they use them, because they are far more natural and healthy ingredients than what most supplement companies use. However, it seems for some they are prone to melting.As for this magnesium supplement, I honestly cannot say how beneficial it is. I have had no negative effects, but I would recommend if you are unsure to only take 1 or 2 per day rather than the recommended 3 to start with. I don't know much about aquamin as a source of magnesium compared to magnesium glycinate and other popular magnesium supplement types (glycinate seems to be one of the highest quality forms.) However, magnesium glycinate seems to be far more pricey in general, perhaps because how much better it is compared to other magnesium types. I honestly don't know where aquamin magnesium falls on the scale of absorption, quality, side effects, etc compared to others and I would like more information, but haven't really been able to find any good sources strangely enough.

I’ve been looking for the perfect magnesium pills, without the extra “stuff” and this was the one. I feel better taking them and sleep better as well. Will continue to purchase and take every day!

I have generally liked all of the products that Naturewise produces and therefore continue to purchase. I really like that these capsules are easy to swallow and don't get stuck going down like some other products do. I am currently out of these and had to purchase a different brand, but I will definitely be back to purchase these again. The only downside, which may not be a big deal for most, is that the serving size is 3 pills.

I am happy to find soft gels for any of the supplements I take, although I have never seen it for milk thistle or turmeric. But I digress, I get Naturewise products for those too, and they are great. This seems to absorb well. I run a lot, and I have been losing magnesium in the loads of sweat here in Texas' 100+ degree heat. I got this more for muscle and bone health than for sleeping or migraines.

This product came sealed but the gel caps are all stuck together. You can’t get the majority of them apart even with a butter knife.
