Macwheel 26" Electric Bike, 350W Brushless Motor, 20-50Miles Average Range, Shimano 7 Speed Gears, City Electric Bike for Adults (Ranger 500)

I'm a blonde haired, 40 something year old that was so excited my bike came early that I put it together myself. Yep! By myself, so if I can do it, you can do it! Admittedly, I initially put the front forks on backwards but hey, I figured it out when it looked weird. Anyway, I did put it together myself, there were no instructions for the front tire cover or the kick stand but I figured that out on my own. The directions were otherwise clear. I left most of the bubble wrap on and discovered if you actually flip the bike upside down (on the seat) it is easier. I had my fiance' take it for the first test drive in the event the wheels fell off or something. He survived and we are still getting married so I did good! I love the peddle assist part and we rode our bikes all over and only crashed into each other once. If it had blinkers he would of seen that I wanted to go left, he went right! We are having so much fun riding this bike...I am so glad that I made this purchase. It was fairly easy to assemble, I did it, he survived and we are having lots of fun! That's all that matters. this bike looks great , unfortunatly it does not work and the company will not send me another one. it has been an on going fight. it was a gift for my daughter and I just want something that works. they took 2 weeks off in December and part of January then covid -19 hit and they haven't respond to me since July. now I am fight with amazon for help. just honor your product send me a replacement and you can have this one back. no one in a 100 miles will work on a Mac wheel bike either.

This is my second electric bike that I buy in this year.The first one was an Ancheer Electric Bike.I bought this bike for my mother, she is 5 feet tall, so I was looking for an electric Bike good for her height.Be aware that you will get 28" wheel bike, and a 250Watts mottor.For me, was very easy to notices it, because, my ancheer is 26" with a 250 Watts, so I was looking, for an extra power, with the same side wheel.The motor still has the sticker with the power description.I really like the bike, even more than the Ancheer, but I just got disappointed that it is not what the say it is.I will do a comparison video, with both bike.RegardsVictor GarciaReview Update after two weeks of light useTHE MOTOR STOP WORKING

I am absolutely loving my Macwheel e-bike! The bike is sturdy, yet not bulky/heavy as most e-bikes. I live in a community with lots of hills so the assisted pedal mode works perfectly for getting up steep hills. I like that I can put it in a low pedal assist to still get decent exercise. The bike can also be easily ridden without pedal assistance. The handle bars allow an upright ride for longer comfort. I love the look of the bike. Reminds me of the bikes I rode in Amsterdam. I added baskets for easy transport of groceries, work briefcase or beach towels. I also changed out the bike seat for a bigger more padded seat. The only reason I am giving the bike 4 stars, not 5 is the bike came with a damaged front brake. The dealer was cooperative and sent a replacement front brake as quickly as possible. I was then reimbursed for the price of having the front brake installed. I was happy that this issue was resolved, but it was a tad frustrating. I still highly recommend this e-bike. High quality for a great price.

As an update to the review below, I realized the motor I received is 250W, not 350W as advertised. The seller is processing a price adjustment with no hassle. I now have 83 miles on the odometer and continue to enjoy it. Felt it was necessary to down rate from 5 to 4 stars due to motor mixup, but I still recommend this bike.The description in the ad said 700 C wheels even though the title in ad was 26" bike. They are indeed 700C (about 27.5 Inches). This is a big, solid bike. So far, have gone over 17 miles on first charge, mostly set at pedal assist 2. It really seems to be a solid, responsive vehicle. Really like the 7 speed transmission which has shifted flawlessly for me and is all you need if used with varying levels of pedal assist. Easy to get the hang of. I am 5'6' senior and can handle it well. The recommended 5'4" minimum rider height is fairly accurate. There are very positive independent reviews online that confirm this bike has great features for the money. Assembly is not easy for a novice, others should do ok. Small problem with damaged but functioning taillight was remedied nicely by the seller.

This bike arrived on time and in perfect condition. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. Performance has been great as has been battery life. Did change the seat, however, for a more comfortable one. If you need an ebike, I would highly recommend this one on a price vs performance basis.

My son is planning to use it daily to go to his middle school. He did a test drive and it looks like it works. The route has hills, but it took only 15 minutes for him without no issues. (It took more than 30 minutes before with a regular bike since he had to walk up the hills.)I hope this keeps running without any problems.The assembly was okay, but the instruction was not very well written.

This is at the lower end of the price range for a 350watt ebike, and ultimately, you get what you pay for, which is not the smoothest experience. The bike gives the appearance of quality and attention to detail, with a nice, integrated battery and fully-featured LCD, but be prepared for problems. However, mine would not turn on out of the box. They sent me a new cable which took 2 hours of my time (and a fair amount of cursing) to install, but the thing still would not turn on. I was only able to get it to work briefly and in ‘throttle only’ mode. In testing, the motor was powerful enough to get around, but the frame felt strangely wobbly, sort of flexible in the middle - a feeling I have never had on even the cheapest bikes, so this appears to be a design flaw or poor engineering. I’m happy that the bike has been returned so that I can get a better one, although it took them far too long to refund me. 2 stars for what might have been.
