Good product. For a 2 car door, it is best installed with 2 people. One person to push and pull on the installed end, and a second to guide and feed the remaining product into the slots. Spray WD-40 on the door slots to lubricate. I had to position the door up and down to have a open space on the door track to feed it in straight. Don't forget to adjust the down-travel on your opener after. You want it to touch the floor when the door is closed, but not be flattened out like the old one was which you removed.

Very disappointed that this didn't include the track as shown in the image (deceptive). I could have gotten an equivalent product cheaper at a big box. The product itself seems OK but will have to wait to know how it holds up.

Theres nothing heavy duty about this product. its very flimsy and difficult to install with one person because it just folds over on itself while trying to slide it on the tracks. After having it installed for a little while i noticed it will squish and get very flat on the ground whenever its hot outside.I will say it hasnt tore, yet, so thats a plus for now.

This is a quality product and no problem installing. After it was installed I closed the garage door and hosed the outside of the door. I was happy to see that NO water seeped under the rubber seal. I repeat none. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this to anyone.

Everything went smoothly. Won't know how well it works 'till spring.

It took 3 of us over an hour to slide the seal onto track (using soap). It kept falling out of track. After 3 days, it’s already separated from track. I’m sure it will get even worse once the winter sets in.
