I got the smoke to go to the bottom and by the time it did, incense was burnt up. They all smell like burnt wood and very little scent to them. I've been looking around for other cones but how do you know who to trust. I'll be looking around at shops where I can test them first before buying on here.

The media could not be loaded. It’s beautiful. Give it a couple minutes for the smoke direction to change from up to down. The initial smell was pleasant, but as it got to end it began to smell like burning wood- not completely unpleasant if you want to be reminded of outdoors. Burns quickly ~10mins, but scent lingers.

It's a neat idea. The ceramic part is very pretty and well made. It comes with a huge bag of cones. Unfortunately the smoke never falls more than halfway down and they smell like the cheapest incense I have ever had. I bought my daughter one for a gift and she agrees it doesn't smell or work great. I am going to try a better quality incense with the ceramic part hoping it might work better.

This product was pretty great... after a couple of tries. At first, it didn’t really work. The package does not come with instructions, so here you go.1. Remove insense cone from package. Use match to light it.The cone will start to smoke if lighted correctly2. Place cone on the hole, which is on the top of the fountain3. Watch the magic happen!Note: the insense cones do have a stench to them.

Wow, pew! Yes the waterfall looks cool and the incense smells fine while burning... but after? Like an old, full ash tray. And it smells like this after burning only 3 cones. Very disappointing. And I’ve burned incense since I smoked my first joint in highschool 50 years ago, so it’s the cones. Must be necessary to create the waterfall affect...

Today is my mother's 79th birthday and I had been racking my brain for weeks trying to decide what to get her. She loves candles, mainly for their scent, so when I saw this, I figured I'd give it a shot. Read all the reviews, positive and negative, and purchased it. She loves it! It comes with a lot of cones, but they burn very fast. We've only burned three, but those smell very pleasant and not too overpowering like some incense I've bought in the past. The smoky waterfall is real - but there has to be absolutely no wind/breath/air movement at all for it to work. Very pleased that she likes this product.

Make sure you're using these in a very large open space. I thought my big living/dining room area was large enough. And I'm not sure if it was the design of the burner itself or just the cheap incense that came with it that caused the problems, but my house rapidly filled with a thick, unpleasant smoke and then the smoke alarms went off. I had to grab the thing and run outside with it, then leave all the doors and windows open for more than an hour on a cold winter night. The smell of the incense is just so-so. If you can find it, Korean or Japanese incense always smells better than the Chinese stuff, but I'm all out right now.

I love this little guy!!! I was skeptical of this purchase, as I am with most online purchases. But I had a spot in my foyer that was perfect for it. So I just went for it. At first I didn’t know how to use it , no instructions. But I mean it’s obvious right? Well I lit the bottom of the incense which is incorrect. Light the top. The holes should line right up and the smoke does indeed go down. Not as much but it’s cool and smells great. They kind of burn quickly so I just ordered more

This Fountain is absolutely beautiful ! The cones all smell wonderful, however they do burn quickly so buying the cones in bulk would be best , it helps with stress, anxiety, sleep disorders, and even appetite! The insence smoke that runs down the fountain is so peaceful to watch , I highly recommend this product!

It looks great, easy to use and nice addition to your home decor. But in my opinion it’s definitely not suitable for health. Smells like burning wood, smoke hurts your eyes and after a while it can cause watering your eyes. The whole house smells like burnt wood and this is my honest review being a genuine buyer. I would not recommend this item to my family and friends for sure!

It was as advertised

Fountain does flow, nice smell but unfortunately incense doesn’t last very long (about 10 minutes). Would suggest buying longer lasting incense (30 minutes or more) to really enjoy.

I like how it looks but the smell is not so good i was expecting it to smell good but it smell like you burned a wood.
