I’ve tried this pillow for about 2 weeks and I really like it. The shape really attends to my type of sleeper which I’ll go into sleep lying on my back and go side by side during the night. I especially like how it supports my head when I’m on my side; with regular pillow I have to put my hand underneath to raise the height a little bit and sometimes it cuts my circulation like that. I will recommend to my friend who have sleep habit like me. Also I can prop it up when sitting on the bed to support my back.

I was very skeptical when I ordered this pillow. However I read the reviews and was seriously in need of relief so I gave it a try. So glad I gambled on it! VERY comfortable, I can sleep on my side very nicely. My arms don’t fall asleep nearly as often and in fact don’t most nights! When I first unpacked it, I was like “there is no way this bulky thing is gonna be comfy!” But I was wrong! I can comfortably sleep on my back at night without my neck hurting and having to readjust during the night. I was open to any help so I think my willingness to try it was half the battle. I travel with this pillow and def recommend giving it a try if you are willing to try anything for relief. I only gave it 4 stars on one category because of my level of pain which is my issue not the pillow. It’s not a cure but it is def a relief.

I am really not sure how this has gotten 5 stars.... This thing made me so hot that I woke up in a puddle of sweat in the middle of the night. It's so tiny that it swims in a standard size pillow case. It's really not thick at all and doesn't offer the support if claims to. While the pillow is tiny, it absolutely will not fit back into the "travel bag" that it came with, as you would need to fold it back into 4ths and suck the air out of it to get it in there. I can assure you, those piece of junk is going back asap. You get what you pay for.

This pillow is only about 2 inches in thickness. I let it sit out for more than 48 hours hoping it would fluff up. It didn’t. Don’t waste a dime on this pillow. Returning!!

So...I was having some issues sleeping with my regular pillow and so I decided to search for a pillow and I came across this pillow, where the reviews were great. I purchased one a few months ago and now I would like to talk about it.LOVE IT!!!!My neck pain went away. It helps support your neck in every position, except when I lay on my stomach. It supports your neck when you lay on both sides pretty well. And the pain I was having went away days later. I even use this pillow on my wedge pillow for my acid reflex. It works!I recommend it. However, this is not a cure for neck pain as you may have a different issue than I had. I just had pain from the wrong kind of support from all those pillows. I bought one for my mom and she still has issues, but since we live in different states, I can’t see if she’s uses it. She says she’s using it, but I think she’s lying to me. 🙄 I’m thinking to her, since this pillow looks weird with these “lumps” on it, she may not know how to use it... “Mom, place your head in between the two humps and let your neck lay on the ramp...”. That’s the best way to tell her over the phone. LOLBut I recommend this!! I love my pillow!!Give it about half hour after you take it out of the box and bag to air out and puff up. It’s not a big pillow compared to your standard king size pillow.Be well.

I haven't been able to get comfortable for years, I've tried dozens of pillows, each one a waste of money until now. I always felt like my neck was too high or too low on other pillows. I felt like I needed something under my chin to align correctly. When sleeping on my side I used to lose feeling in my arm when my chin would drop to my shoulder. This pillow solves all of those problems. Will buy again.

Received a few days ago. After the first night of sleeping on it I flipped the pillow over and noticed the sewing on the zipper was starting to come out. I was going to take the pillow out and resting the unraveled section of the pillow. I unzipped the zipper and right inside found a mouse poop. Totally grossed out. The pillow itself is taller than I hopped and very firm.

Very minimal odor that went away quickly. At first I used it the first night and didn’t think I liked it but the following night it seemed like it had expanded more. It must take 2-3 days for it to fully “puff up” after being vacu-sealed for shipping.I am super pleased now on night #5 and don’t know how I lived without it! It cradles my neck perfectly and I can lay on my side and watch tv on my kindle and then roll over into my back and it’s perfect. I don’t wake up with neck pains like I used to.

It doesnt look like everyone else’s or even the photos in the description. It’s missing the two big support bumps by where the neck is supposed to go. Honestly so flat and it says it’s for side sleepers but I honestly find it so uncomfortable. I find it works a lot better for back or stomach sleepers because it has the like arms spots on the side.Edit: Increased by one star for the review for the STELLAR customer service and return help from Natilko.
