Nice refills for old Parker pens--good color and writing feel, and great price!!!
I recently went through some old storage boxes I've had around for more than 10 years, and found a couple of ballpoint pens I remember giving my Dad (he passed in 2000) as gifts back in the 1980s or '90s--a gold Papermate and two silver Parkers. They haven't been used since the mid-90s. When I tried them, the Papermate amazingly still wrote on the first stroke. Not so the Parkers - both bone dry. Started checking out refills. I can't stand fine-point ballpoints and I like the traditional blue ink. So these looked promising, despite many negative reviews. I too am suspicious of Indian-made licensed stuff, especially low-cost items like this. BTW, thanks to whoever posted the precise measurements of these in the questions section--I was able to confirm these were exact matches for the ones in my old pens. I ordered these and received wtihin two days with Prime shipping.A lot of the bad reviewers suspected they were buying old product, hence the failure to write, or clogging/drying up too soon after beginning use. My refills were all individually mounted on a standard printed cardboard hanger with a plastic cover, like you'd find them hanging in an office supply store. On the back, under a preprinted label "Month and year of manufacture" they were stamped 09/2017. So about six months old if you trust that.I opened the first two refills, popped them into the Parkers, and they both started writing with just one short squiggle on my tablet. The ink is a nice shade of blue, and the refills write very smoothly--almost too smoothly for ballpoint ink. I suspect this QuinkFlow stuff is part gel ink or something similar. I tested smudging by wetting a finger, writing a stroke, and then immediately rubbing my damp finger vigorously over the ink. There was a small bit of very faint smudging but nothing like gel pen inks I've had in the past. Repeating the same test after the ink dried for a minute, I could see no smudging. After a couple days, I noticed every once in a while, I may have a short dead stroke, maybe 1/4", before the pen writes. This could be the paper, though.Overall, I'm very pleased with these refills so far. Nice color, writes well, no smudging, smearing, or balling of the ink.

AWARE! LOW QUALITY Made in India, not real Parker refills
I got these. At first sight they look like the ones you buy at office supply stores for a higher price. I thought it makes sense that they are cheaper in the bulk. But these are cheap because they were NOT made by Parker. They are manufactured by another company in India licensed by Parker. Mine didn't write smooth, smidged, and leaked so badly inside the pen that the refill got stuck inside the pen. Had to leave the pen in paint thinner overnight to get it clean again.

Crap! Rip Off! Do not buy!
If I could give these refills zero stars, that would still be too high of a rating. If I could return them, I certainly would! Though they fit in the pen okay, they did not last longer than one or two uses... Maybe only for writing out a dozen checks or so!!I have gone through 4 of these refills since Christmas. Picked up the pen today, and it does not write! These Parker Quink Flow refills are marked FOR SALE ONLY IN INDIA/NEPAL (I’m not sure why) If I lived in India or Nepal, I would be upset that the company is specifically producing these worthless refills for me! Living in the US, and having purchased these on Amazon, I feel totally ripped off. May as well have thrown my money in the trash. Total crap!Although these are not eligible for return, I will be contacting Amazon anyway. They should not be selling this product!

Leaked all over my hands and tablecloth and not returnable
I had bought a single one to make sure they were the right size and it did and was wonderful so I went ahead an ordered this bigger package of refills (I have several very old Parker pens that I love) and found they are not all created equal even though the name Parker is right on the refill. This does fit; but, this one leaked horridly - all over my hands and my tablecloth. I was going to return them to Amazon but when I went to request a return it said this item was not returnable - so buyer beware (I had to throw them away). I looked at the first, single one, and it was made in France and these say made in India.

Terrible quality
Buying 6 refills for $8 seems like a good deal. But these do not work like Parker refills. A normal Parker Quink refill will last a long time and write smoothly and easily. These run dry quickly. They also write unevenly. One must press down hard to get even lines. This can tire out the hand. Normal Parker refills write smoothly without having to press hard on the paper. If the seller is going to copy Parker refills and sell them as authentic, I suggest they buy a few real Parker refills and make sure their copies work as well. Even at a fraction of the price, these refills are not worth it since they wear out quickly, are difficult write with and produce poor writing.

JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS L’ACHAT DE TELS ARTICLES FABRIQUÉS EN ASIE.In the past, I have always used Parker ink cartridges that were made in the USA, and I have always had full satisfaction because the ink was always of excellent quality. I placed an order for six (6) cartridges from Amazon hoping to get the same cartridge quality. Unfortunately, I have seen that the ink cartridges are made in India. After a few uses, I have found that the ink no longer comes out as if the cartridge is empty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING SUCH ITEMS MADE IN ASIA.

Product from India
I received 6 separate packets of one refill each compared to the expected single packet of 6 refills, which is fine as a substitute and appreciated instead of receiving nothing. One issue was the packets clearly stated 'For sale only in India/Nepal', so this was recd in Australia, hmmmmmnn!! -The quality of the first pen refill used was ok except the ballpoint roller did not run as smoothly as expected for a medium point, it had sharp scratchy like edges when writing with it.Other than that it seems fine

Do what they are supposed do
Hoping that when the refill nears the end, it doesn't give off blobs of ink. Hard to tell until I have used it for longer. Wondering if the quality is "Parker", given that the package I got was made in India.
