I purchased a XX regular long sleeve T-shirt. I'm approx. 5'9" a buck 90 lbs. Absolutely love it. The 100% cotton is super comfortable. The fit is perfect for me as I prefer a loose fit during our Windy City winters. I've purchased a second one and am ordering a third today. You CAN'T beat the price and quality....Steve
