A great new find!
I found a recipe for jalapeno hot sauce, one day, and decided to use my home-grown jalapenos to make it. The recipe required Mexican oregano, a spice I didn't even know existed. I decided on this brand, as it seemed to be the best price for the amount. When I got it and opened it up, the freshness and fragrance was very pleasing. It wasn't dried out and was so much better smelling than regular oregano. The quantity was perfect for a first-time user. I am pleased with the taste and quality and will use it in other dishes I cook. It's worth trying this product!

Mexican oregano very clean and pungent flavor
Fabulous spice, and yes it is different than Italian oregano. I took a picture to show how clean it is. Many spices have sticks and stems, this is clean and ready to enjoy out of the ziploc bag it came in. Yesterday I used it on my pork roast. The day before it was salmon with Cajun spice and this Mexican oregano and drizzled with honey for sweet and heat. Yum. Today I used it to make my own taco seasoning and cooked up 4# of taco meat for the freezer. It’s a versatile spice! Good seller.
