Great product for the price
The resistance band didn’t provide a lot of resistance but it’s definitely enough to get a good cardio session

Resistance belt.
I like this bike very much, but I seem to be having a problem with the resistance belt. It made a loud noise and now I don’t seem to get much resistance. I still like the bike and will keep it. Can you send me another resistance cable? I will pay for it. Is anyone even reading this?

Update 4/13/20So after writing the below review I had the same issue most of the other reviewers are having so I am returning the bike. It has a horrid smell that comes from using it thats not going away and it keeps locking up. For $200 the quality should be a bit better.Original:The resistance on this bike is lacking which defeats the whole purpose. If you are looking for a decent air bike spend the extra money and get a better quality one such as Rouge or Schwinn Airdyne. Any halfway descent athlete would balk at this bike. Even friends at lower fitness levels thought it was terrible. Not worth returning since it was so cheap but I'll be looking for an upgrade.

Resistance band broke after 6 rides
I have only had this bike for a little more then a week and the resistance band broke after 6 rides! I have contacted Stamina because it comes with a 2 year warranty. My advice is to spend the extra money and get a quality bike.

Awesome bike! FOR THE MONEY..
For under $200 delivered this is an awesome bike. I love that it has the friction resistance adjustment knob, which for some reason none of the fan bikes that are 5 times the price have. That said it does not compare to those bikes in size, ergonomics, or smoothness of operation... but at 1/5th the price I wouldn't expect it too. Just a solid little bike, for getting your heart rate up at home, that wont break the bank..... and FYI Stamina has great, US based, customer service. I've had one of their rowers for years and after about 5 years the pneumatic piston attachment point broke... I sent them an email with pictures and they called me the same day to get the serial number to make sure it wasn't still under warranty. It wasn't but the part shipped was only about $30, and they shipped it same day and I had the part 3 days later.Great company with great for price products they actually stand behind.

On the disappointing side
I was very excited to receive this product. The price, speed of shipping, and ease of assembly were all great. Unfortunately, the product arrived with a broken peddle shroud and casing, which rendered it completely useless. Signs of damage made it appear as though it had been previously used.
