Unsatisfactory
The media could not be loaded. Box was undamaged. Obviously had been retaped and returned at some point before it was sent to me. The product itself is fine but the scratch marks on the bottle trap, pipe collar and piping is unacceptable

Very good, happy with the product. By far the most reasonably priced bottle trap on the market, I searched high & low for something that was reasonably priced. No instructions though, it’s sort of clear how to set it up but took me a couple of minutes to ensure the right fittings were going in the right places (nope, I’m not an expert, so instructions would’ve helped).

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish waste pipe is cheap comes with a pipe adapter poorly made broken when turned up doesn’t fit into inch and a half or inch and a quarter to small for two inch would definitely not buy again
