Ariat Fatboy Cowgirl Steel Toe Work Boots - Women’s Leather Western Boot

Ok my plan was not to do a full Beat-the-Boots-In Day but hey it happened. A little background, I'm a lady that is a Fuel Driver. I purchased these boots for work.Once delivered, I noticed that the materials were very high end seem like they will last a while. I ordered a size 8.5 (my actual size is 8). When I tried them on I noticed that it took a lot of work getting my feet passed the neck of the boot. Once on, they were very thight (I have wide feet). I wanted to wear them on my light work day to break them in (that's what I thought).To loosen up the boots, on my drive into work I turned on the car heater and had it focused on the floor (heat softens leather) the whole time I was flexing toes and rolling my ankles side to side to stretch the leather. Once I arrived to work, I noticed that they were a perfect fit.I had a very rough day at work. It was raining all day I was walking through puddles. I even had a diesel spill which have never happened to me which a lot got on the boots and I had to walk through it.With all that said my feet was dry and I never fell which is a win for me. The most surprising to me through all of that the boots look like they didn't go through anything. I totally recommend these boots.

I bought these because I needed a pair of steel toed boots for work. I work at a warehouse as a selector (picking orders for grocery stores, driving pallet jacks and using heavy equipment) and I need something that I can wear all day and not be dragged down by heavy boots, but still protect my feet from getting run over or crushed, and also because I am somewhat vain, something that doesn't look stupid.These boots are very lightweight, they look awesome and they keep your toes safe. I've already dropped 100 pound boxes and pallets on my feet more than a few times and didn't feel a thing. they don't drag you down when you walk, they slip on easily and stay on your feet. I will say that when you first wear them they can be a bit uncomfortable if you wear them all day, but after you've worn them for about a week straight, they feel totally comfortable. I think the reason for that is because these are designed to promote good posture which if you don't have, will hurt a little until until you get used to standing that way. It's not that bad, but you will feel a lot better after you've worn them for a week. Your posture does improve by the way, it did for me. They don't make your feet hot and sweaty either.

You really can't go wrong with Ariat and that's why I ordered these. My dad has had his boots for about 3 years now, maybe 4, and they do need replacing, but they're at least still wearable and have lasted longer than the Justins he previously had. He works on elevators & lifts. I hope these last a while too, but my other Ariats I've had for years are just fine. These do seem a tad larger than the other FatBaby 8.5s I currently have, but they should fit better once I wear them in. Overall very happy with them so far

These boots were purchased for my son for horseback riding. They meet his 'style requirements' and the steel toe was an extra bonus! He says they are very comfortable. I say they are sturdy, easy to clean and the steel toe was great in helping with minimizing pain when he got stepped on by a horse. He basically said "OW" and kept on with his lesson - no tears, no in jury! I will buy again when a bigger size is needed

I bought a half size up which was a mistake, they are pretty true to size and the toe gives plenty of room for my wide foot so I'm wearing with extra thick socks to make up for sloshing, that said they are still GREAT. In the first 2 weeks I owned them the steal toe saved me twice -- 19HH Draft horse started to come down on my foot, felt the steal toe and slid his hoof off me before putting his full weight down, and a 14.2 HH Mustang actually stepped full down on my foot which was protected completely by the steal toe -- so in my world these boots are priceless! I've worn them daily for 7 months now to do chores even in some pretty nasty mud and they are holding up very well. They feel much lighter on my legs than traditional steal toe work boots which is great esp. as I have to walk steep hills for chores. The tread is decent for traction in gravel, mud, and dusty ground. I never pictured myself in cowboy boots before I bought these but I'm really happy I got them and won't settle for anything less in future.

Boots are exactly as described. Received them a week earlier than promised. Only down fall was packaging was torn and left in the rain so boot box was ruined but boots were perfect.

These shoes were so beautiful. However, I had to take them off halfway through my shift because they were hurting my feet so bad. Unfortunately, I don't where them to work anymore. However, they are my casual store shoes now and they work great for that! Very cute and stylish! Probably just not compatible with my wide feet. I would still recommend!

Oh my goodness I LOVE these steel toe boots! Ordered usual size 10 to allow for custom inserts (half shoe length) and these are a perfect fit out-of-the-box! The toe box is roomy, they are easy to pull on and off, and I love them! This is the first steel toe shoe or boot that has enough toe box room not to squish my toes. I've only worn them with medium thick socks, and expect that once fully broken in can wear thicker socks for the winter. Can't believe how comfortable these are. This pair is worn for field work and rock collecting. Yeah for Fat Baby! UPDATE: I've beat these up--they are scuffed, dirty and I love them as they've saved my toes from rock crushing the few times I've worn them. Highly recommend for safety shoes.

Love these, I have had several pairs of toecap cowboy boots over the years and Ariat are the best. Comfy straight out of the box, and look mainstream enough under my trousers for work.

Belle qualité, pas encore porter a tous les jours, car je vais devoir les cassés les premier temps, juste dommage que le bout des bottes ne soit pas carré :-(( Mais je recommande :-))

A little bigger once worn in but that's ok for thicker socks anyway.Light, and easy on the feet. Lots of room in the toe cap.
