This is my first time airbrushing my model aircraft and this was exactly what I needed. The compressor works perfectly and the airbrush is excellent for beginners.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the timely delivery from prime! Easy setup! It’s got some noise but definitely quiet enough to not wake up someone in the other room! All the airbrush items were there and in perfect condition! Excellent buy, would purchase from vivohome again! Perfect for priming my miniatures, and painting odds and ends around the house! Fully recommend!

FYI, this review is based solely on airbrushing with acrylic paints.I'm sure you've read all the reviews like I did before I bought this: I concur with all the other reviews, the compressor is awesome, you have nothing to worry about there. (Took me a minute to figure out to pull up the knob in order to turn it to set the pressure.)The other reviews gave me pause about the airbrush and I am happy to say that my concerns were unfounded. The airbrush works like a charm, painting my scale models exactly the way I want them. Are the high-end airbrushes that much better? Apparently, but I am happy with the performance and results using the VIVOHOME setup. I've been doing large parts, small parts, masked parts, I haven't had any problems. I've used a variety of acrylic brands and different thinners, mostly Tamiya, but Humbrol and Vallejo as well, and everything works just fine.I'd advise studying airbrush use (thinners and ratios!), care, and cleaning before using it. Always Be Cleaning. If you use white paint, clean the tip thoroughly, that stuff dries quickly and cakes up in there. And buy a mask for your health.I was more delighted by this purchase than I thought I'd be. The product was better than expected, and airbrushing turned out to be a much easier skill than I expected it to be. I'm very glad I made the investment. So long, brush strokes!UPDATE: The airbrush broke. The nozzle would not screw back in after a cleaning. After doing my research, it seems that the less expensive airbrushes will have more sensitive nozzles that do not stand the test of time. I had moved on from "only acrylics" and did some primer and lacquers, so who knows what the cause was. I still got more out of this product than expected, so only one star off. I guess I'll finally get to see what the hoopla is around the higher end airbrushes!

I bought this as a first foray into airbrushing. I use a spray gun all day at work and, due to scale, was relegated to using a brush to paint my models at home (nothing against brush painting). For the money I don’t think you can beat it, but you also should have realistic expectations. Parts aren’t polished finely, there aren’t very many adjustments that can be made, and it only comes with one needle size. But, it is a great introduction tool and the results I got with it got me first place at a local model contest this past weekend! Can’t beat that! I just recently got a *slightly* higher quality airbrush to try out, but still plan on using this one with a larger needle for base colors and the compressor should last my needs for quite some time! Would recommend!

Great little machine. I have 2 Harley Sportsters, 2 Ultra Classics, & 1 Yamaha Road Star. The all get chips on painted surfaces, from gravel sand, and debris, on my road trips. I used this machine yesterday, can't explain how easy it was to use, and how the front bat wing fairing & saddlebags looked after I finished them, they really don't need buffing. They looked absolutely looked like new

After an hour of use I started getting water spurts and it was messing up my work. You cannot drain moisture from the trap in any way which is a huge no no on any air brush compressor, especially one that runs warm!!!

Now that I've had this unit for over a year... its pretty darn good, I haven't had a problem with it at all. The airbrush that comes with it is not bad at all. I polished my needle with a Dremel polishing pad and I recommend doing that. I've also use this with a $$$ H&S Evolution airbrush and the air pressure is consistent. Good buy. 5 stars for being reliable and not expensive (however the price has risen +$80 since my purchase of it, but still a recommend. I'd rebuy.

Love this airbrush compressor kit! Fast shipping and arrived as described. Comes with instruction manual which is helpful if you're like me and dont know a thing about these things lol if you've been looking for a decent airbrush kit and have been humming and hawing over this one, I would definitely give this one a go. I'm using it for crafts so I dont need anything overl5 fancy. It works great for what I need it to do, and for the price you cant go wrong!!
