Contemporary Drawing: From the 1960s to Now Paperback – February 3, 2015

Not quite what I expected but an interesting view of the art of drawing. I think the book tailed off somewhat towards " Now ". There is I think a much stronger movement toward improving the lot of drawing e.g. Prince Charles' s patronage of Drawing, which sadly is only situated in London. Tracey Emin being one of the many tutors. The author also doesn't seem to venture further afield than London and the art brought to her attention there it seemed to me.

Very handy book

Though informative and academic, this book is written in a style that is a joy to read. Carrying it everywhere with me at present.

Good account of contemporary approaches to drawing.
