This bracelet has been a godsend with helping me with my menopausal symptoms - particularly the hot flashes- can’t recommend it highly enough. However I do have particularly small wrists so it easily comes ff when I get undressed if I’m not careful.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical about this bracelet but as HRT wasn’t working for me I needed to try something else. When I found this bracelet I thought why not give it a try. It has definitely helped with my hot flashes I still get them but nowhere near as bad. My husband thought it was all in my head so I took it off, whoah they soon reappeared to it is not back in my wrist :-)

Lovely looking bracelet and lovely to wear. These bracelets will make wonderful presents at a reasonable price.

Brilliant it worked for my anxiety in a couple of days of wearing it,happy days!

Pretty, don't think it helped but enjoyed it for what it was. I say was as the elastic snapped after not very long sending the beads flying all over the place. A lot of money for something that lasted such a short time.

Bought for a friend and she loved it, seemed good quality.
