An inexpensive pool toy, that you can feel fine about disposing after a few months. You do have to wring it out between soakings. It's honestly one of our favorite pool toys.

Absorbs copious amounts of water and fell apart after just one use
We purchased this ball to use at our neighborhood pool after using a similar football during a recent visit. It is a decent size for throwing and we were excited to try it out, but the ball failed to live up to its claims. It became waterlogged quickly and got so heavy that my 4.5 year old stopped playing with it. In addition, the lacing has come apart after just one time at the pool. I wasn't expecting perfection for $10 but I thought it would last for at least the summer. The happy ending here is that Amazon's customer service was very helpful (as usual for me) and I am returning this item. Don't waste your money.

Dollar store item
Not at all what is pictured. We received an orange, pink and yellow football. On the very first throw the laces came undone. I had a similar one before in the same price range that was much better. Junk..don't waste $10 bucks on it..dollar store item.
