Very happy with this product! The sound quality is about the same as the Aftershocks, the battery life is great and the overall design and user experience is superior to the Aftershocks. Being able to use the +/- buttons for volume control and song selection, fold them for easy storage and having a gap that allows eyewear to be easily worn and removed is what makes the user experience superior to the Aftershocks. The Aftershocks are great for what they are, but they can learn some things about design and user experience for Bone In.One more thing: The manual for these headphones indicates the battery lasts about 6 hours while the Amazon product page indicates about 12 hours. Based on recent experience, the battery does, indeed, last about 12 hours

Update 2019-04-06 - I was in daily contact with the manufacturer in China (so it took a few days but understandable because of the time zones). Then they asked me to delete this review upon receipt of new, free headphones. (Direct quote: If you're satisfied with the result, would you mind to delete the product review after receiving the item?) I responded that I would consider modifying my review upon receipt. I said this because I believe in full transparency, the headphones still broke but the manufacturer appeared to want to be helpful. Since that email, I haven’t received any response, even after a couple follow ups by me.In other words, this is a dishonest seller, in my opinion. Back to one star and off to buy AfterShockz.Update 2019-03-29 - After this review the manufacturer has reached out to me and even though I have already been refunded, have offered a new pair of headphones. I've increased from 1 star to 3 stars for now due to the manufacturer stepping in and taking action.To start, for the first month, these headphones functioned great. They accomplished what I was looking for perfectly. I was able to listen to podcasts but still able to hear what was going on around me in my office. I'm not sure if it's my body or the positioning, but music was lackluster unless I got them really close to my ear canal/opening. There wasn't the depth that I am normally looking for in the music, but as background noise, it would be great.I bought these over the Aftershokz brand because there was a $20 coupon code.The badThese were purchased on Feb 22, 2019. On about March 18, 2019, they started to feel loose and would move around more. On March 19, they had fully broke at the point of rotation (picture attached). I immediately reached out to the manufacturer through their website. As of today I have had zero response, I did get a pop up at the end that confirmed a message had been sent. Since I did not have a response today, I was looking around more on their website and on Amazon. I also happened to still have the user manual. There is no other indication of how to reach out and contact for warranty service.I had until tomorrow to process anything through Amazon, so I reached out to them to see if there was anything they could do. To my surprise, they processed a full refund. So big kudos to Amazon for that.Off to buy Aftershockz.

When I first got this I could listen for an hour a day and I would charge it once a week. I have had it for only one month and now the battery dies quickly. I had used it about two hours over a four day period and the battery was dead again. Of course I missed the return period by a couple days and the battery is not replaceable so I am stuck with another device that needs to be charge just about everyday. Other than the issue with the battery, I really like headset.Changing this from three star to one star. I have had these for 5 weeks and now they no longer charge. I contacted the seller two days ago hoping for a solution but have not heard back from them. I thought Amazon sellers were supposed to be more responsive. $100 wasted.I ended up purchasing another headset but I eventually did get a replacement sent to me. I wish I got an update from them before purchasing another pair but they did come through with a replacement so I'm changing this rating back to three stars.

Works exactly as desired! Much better than old style devices that cover the ear or are inserted in the ear. I don't get the irritation to my ears as before and the device allows my ears to remain open for me to hear other sounds. I don't have to worry about the police charging me with walking or driving with head phones on. I don't worry about the device falling out of my ear as I did before with ear buds or other blue tooth devices. The sound is amazing and best of all is not heard by others near me no matter how loud the volume is.

This is the second pair and the reason I return the first one is because one day they work create the next day I cannot get them to turn on.I bought these for my 82 year old Mom so she could hear at her doctors appointments because right know she is fighting 2 different cancers. The first day she wore them they work fantastic and she was so happy and we charge them over night and they would not turn on the second day. So the second day my Mom was so upset because she could hear everything even could go out to restaurant and order food because she could hear them using these headsets and my family was happy because we did not need to shout and draw attention to are selfs. So I return them thinking something is wrong with this pair and got another pair while this second pair I can not even get them to turn on. And yes I did charge them. Their instructions are really bad I know I read they updated them while they might want to look into that because how long do you hold the button to get them to turn on. So my suggestion would not buy these unless you only want to to have one good day of hearing. I would give a great review if somebody could help to get these turn on and also to have 82 year old lady to be able to turn them on. IT IS REALLY HARD TO BE ABLE TO HAVE YOUR MOM HEAR YOU ONE DAY AND THE NEXT DAY SHE CANNOT.

Bought these with high hopes, however within the hour of receiving them the volume knobs on the head set stopped working. Was using an android os phone. Then tried a iPhone with the same results, the volume knobs did not work anymore. So with one hour, these headsets did not hold up to just normal volume adjustment.Conclusion.. Stay away from this product and look for better value for your money. They do not last.

es muy dificil que se emparejen los audifonos con el microfono amplificador via bluetooth, aunque los dos se muestran encendidos, no se conectan entre si. Al conectarlo con el cable auxiliar en los aparatos ya sea television o telefono celular funciona bien pero para poder escuchar una conversacion no se puede pues no se conectan inalambricamente. Solo lo logramos una vez pero ya no se puede.

Unfortunately, the device is not suitable for older adults with arthritis. It is very difficult to attach the charging cables. They are too small. An elderly person can only use this with assistance.It does amplify sound, but tricky to re-charge and use.
