I purchased the collection of 4 colors - rose, aqua, purple,and amber. As others have stated, they are so much better in quality and beauty than I had expected, for the ever so reasonable price of $3.38 each.They arrived in an eco-friendly gift box, and each was nestled in it's own protective cellophane wrapper. Not only were they stunning, but the mechanism is also primo, better than most of my other barrettes.I am so pleased with these beauties, and I hope you will give yourself this gift as well.

I bought 2 different sets of these barrettes - they are sturdy and quite big enough to hold my very thick hair, nice heavy feeling. I blew dry my hair in the photos, but usually my hair is very curly and super thick. Beautiful - all of them. Stretch? They’re metal! They don’t stretch or I don’t understand the question. Same for ‘sheerness’ - no you can’t see through them and isn’t that the point? Oh, amazingly easy to close and open. Anyway these have turned into my favorite barrettes ever. I’ve bought so many that break at the drop of a hat and these don’t. The one pictured went through the 1-1/2 year old “test”. She pulls all barrettes and clips out of my hair tho she could NOT get this one out. Yay! Then I gave it to her to play with. When she later returned it to me it is just like brand new. Nothing broken, holding my hair well and beautifully. I can’t recommend these enough!!!! Worth every penny and more. Not that they’re expensive - I just couldn’t decide which set I liked better so I bought both and I’m so glad! I’m not clairvoyant but I believe these will last for a very very long time, if not forever!

Terrific purchase for thick hair.French double clasp is sturdy & movement free. Wear one or two on sides or one in back.Quarantine hair needs haircut but very pleased with dressing up hair w/ these beautiful hues of hair jewelry for big upcoming ZOOM event. If you are not thick- haired, these will be heavy & are not for you.Good price, 4 different hues but can still be paired.

First off, these are very pretty. However, the bottom clip that is supposed to slide under the hair is shaped in such a way that it not only hurts, but is tough to get through hair. I have only used one, but that bottom clip also came off while I was trying to get in my hair. It went back together easily. Instead of using at the back of my hair, I used it up top with only a little hair in the clip. It stayed in, was pretty and easy to remove. My hair is not overly thick. They are pretty enough to keep, but not really functional if you're trying to hold up your hair. Works better as just an accessory.

First, let me say, appearance wise, these barrettes are very pretty. For the price, receiving four is good cost wise, or so I thought. While these aren't the "most expensive, or best quality type barrettes"out there, visually, they are pretty. Unfortunately,they have a major flaw. I'm not very pleased though with the "closure." It's a click/snap shut type. That in of itself would be fine. However, it is NOT made as well as the more expensive and shall I say, better made barrettes. It gets completely stuck and jams when trying to close or open and I had much difficulty each time trying taking the barrette out of my hair. It actually got "stuck in my hair," and after what seemed like several minutes, I finally got it out of my hair. (In actuality, this took approximately more than a minute and a half). That's still far too long to take out a simple barrette!I would have rated at LEAST four stars, but for the reasons stated above, had to give it less. Returning this would be a nuisance so begrudgingly, I'll keep them. I'll probably use them in crafts and NOT in my hair. These are not worth the lower cost, annoyance or tugging of your hair.. I assure you.

Almost didn't give them as gifts, they were so beautiful.Just bought a second batch, as gifts. They really are absolutely beautiful.For those of us with thick, substantial hair they are perfect. If your hair is thin, especially if it is thin and straight - they won't work for you and will slide right out.I need to buy some for myself.Did I mention, they are beautiful?

These came in individual plastic bags in a larger plastic bag to keep them from damage. They are really beautiful with jewels and enamel. The clips are standard French style and hold hair well. They are fairly large and because they're all metal (not plastic) they're fairly heavy, which might be an issue for some people. I think it's an amazing bargain for the set of four.

I absolutely adore these, they may quite possibly be my favorite hair clips I've ever owned. They're just as pictured, with bright colors and a nice sheen when light hits them at an angle, and they look positively beautiful in both light and dark hair. They arrived individually wrapped, with no damage to any of them, and seem of a much higher quality than their price implies. The clasps are rather strong, I kept my hair back with one whilst attending CPR training, it was quite comfy and hadn't shifted a bit even by the time we finished. Truly, one of the best personal purchases I've made in years, I can't quite express how delighted I am with these!

A stunning collection of high quality hair barette clips. Having lost the thickness of my hair, due to age, I could no longer use the large, heavy clips I had. These are the perfect replacement. Glamorous, feminine and very pretty colours. Easy to use; they just slide through the hair and hold it firmly. Thank you and well done! Very happy!

Pretty and well made; once they're in they don't budge and they seem to hold on regardless of how much hair is in the clip. I've had them for a few months now with regular use (lockdown hair!) and all the little stones are still in place.

These are super cute and well made. Better than the plastic ones you get in any drug store. Like a barrettes you will likely need to adjust at least once throughout the way but they don’t slip off the hair and they do their job of holding the hair in place while looking adorable

I just love these hair adornments!!! My hair is very thick and very curly. Many different hair adornments do not stay in my hair because of the thickness. I like my curls, and have fun adorning them with various styles, and your products are so beautiful that when I opened the package, I was awed at the beauty of them.When I wore the first one, I found my husband of 20 years looking at me as if he was seeing me for the first time. It makes me feel beautiful, even at the age of 68. The colours are very beautiful.I have thick long black hair, and I have fun using your hair clips on it.
